Job Summary
The primary duty of this position is developing strategy, leading change management, and directing a team of managers, who specialize in one or more related spend categories; establishing objectives for a group of spend categories along with developing the strategy for the short term and long term sourcing plans; overseeing and adjusting the execution of sourcing and procurement strategies; leading the development and execution of reporting and tracking mechanisms; reporting on sourcing strategies and performance within areas of responsibility; driving cross-functional teams in change management and business continuity; defining procurement requirements and operational needs; and implementation of enterprise wide strategic sourcing tools and systems.
Responsibilities:
* Develop a companywide program procurement, purchasing, contracts, negotiations & vendor selection, including frameworks for vendor evaluation, engagement, and RFP ownership.
* Establish extensive professional knowledge and experience of principles and techniques of negotiation to advise the business, direct and secure the best outcome for the company, maximize leverage control and steer complex and critical negotiations.
* Maintain and utilize a robust understanding of supply market dynamics/insights and present opportunities to derive new commercial advantage and mitigate risks.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key business leaders, members, and sectors to understand and support their vendor needs; work with managers and key partners to identify opportunities to leverage purchasing power.
* Stay abreast of the latest in foodservice and hospitality trends to ensure we are first to market with unique industry-shaping offers and related contracts.
* Develop, direct, and manage overall cost reduction targets and oversee execution of initiatives - accountable for reporting of procurement savings and compliance, inclusive of tracking savings to the P&L
* Responsible for conducting spend analysis, analyzing supply markets, identifying sourcing value levers, executing competitive RFIs/RFPs and leading supplier negotiations.
* Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance, business adoption, and technology enhancements.
* Undertake people management responsibilities, including but not restricted to, generating training and development plans, carrying out performance appraisals and dealing with performance related issues.
* Provide coaching and support to direct reports in their day-to-day roles and act as a point of escalation where necessary for specific issues that may arise
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; MBA preferred.
* 7+ years proven management experience in Procurement/ Supply Chain/ Sourcing role with a track record of solid management behavior and results.
* Effective written & verbal communication skills.
* Project Management skills / experience.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities among cross-functional teams.
* Proven customer focus orientation.
* Demonstration of critical thinking, ability to draw conclusions from financial models of various data sources and make recommendations from large and small data sets across the business at all levels.
* Proven experience in managing a P&L or budget.
* Significant experience leading and conducting negotiations for contracts with domestic & international sources across a wide portfolio of categories.
* Strong internal stakeholder management skills - capacity to listen, build trusting relationships in all levels of the organization, understand, and capture stakeholder's needs and deliver effective solutions.
* Up to 10% Travel Annually.

+ Keeps unit managers, Human Resources, and Benefit Team abreast of associates leave approval status.
+ Educate employees and managers on complicated aspects of the return to work, leave accommodation, and complex case processes.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience administering leave of absence.

Job Summary:
The successful Senior Corporate Counsel candidate will be part of the Company's Education ("Education") Client Contracting Team and will report to the VP, Deputy General Counsel - Education. The Senior Corporate Counsel will play a pivotal role, having direct interactions with our internal clients to facilitate the drafting, review, and management of contracts within the Education Client Contracting Team. Responsibilities:
* Draft, negotiate and assist in the review of a broad range of commercial agreements including dining services agreements, retail food agreement, facility services agreement, nondisclosure agreements, consulting agreements,
* Implement contract strategies that optimize terms and conditions, reduce risk, and ensure favorable financial and operational outcomes.
* Work closely with legal teams for other lines of business, finance, and business development teams to ensure contracts support organizational goals and mitigate risks.
* Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution and address issues as they arise.
* Provide sound legal advice and counsel to Managing Legal Counsel and to internal clients on strategies, actions and decisions related to all commercial transactions.
* Ability to manage assignments independently, communicate proactively with supervising counsel, and deliver complete, accurate work within agreed.
Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience as a contracts attorney, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm with a focus on contract law.
* Bachelors and Juris Doctor Degrees required, as well as a state bar license.
* Familiarity with the food service industry a plus.
* Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
* Practical business-oriented approach and can-do attitude.
* Excellent problem-solving and strong organizational, presentation, analytical and drafting skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions
* Successful candidate must be a self-starter and able to identify and analyze diverse contractual issues and effectively communicate conclusions to business management.

Job Summary
Summary: Ensures that all audio visual requirements requested by clients are met and will be able to interface various types of audio visual, communication, and presentation technology. Changes data projectors, lamps and cabling pieces associated with all the various integrated systems throughout the portfolio.

Offers assistance in operation of equipment and helps solve problems if customer is unsure of requirements.
Educates the staff and customers on the basics of all AV equipment in the facility.
Maintains metrics associated with room equipment inventory and repairs/replacements completed in conference rooms.
Communicates with co-workers and service partners to ensure updated information is shared.
Assists with conference room set-ups, break downs and any other areas where assistance is needed.
Keeps the A/V storerooms organized and well managed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

+ Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
+ Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
+ Ensures security of company assets

**Qualifications**
+ Previous custodial experience preferred.
+ Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
+ Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
+ Adaptable to guests' needs
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
