POSITION OBJECTIVES:

QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:
Operations Collateral - Create, maintain, and evolve branded communications for each restaurants as needed - includes but is not limited to event invites, restaurant menus, restaurant signage, email communications, newsletters and printed collateral
Company Documents - Work with the executive team and partners on the design of company decks and presentations.
Restaurant Development Collateral - Assist the development team in the creation and/ or modification of creative assets and collateral pieces. This includes but is not limited to Coasters, Matchbooks, Napkins, etc.
Other Marketing Collateral - Assist in the design and production of marketing materials like banners and specialty packaging.
Email & Communications - Work with Development, Digital Marketing, and Guest Relations teams on the design, copy, and dissemination of marketing emails.
Website Support - Assist in design and creative updates of websites.
Requirements:
Adobe Suite - Mastery of InDesign and Illustrator, Skilled in Photoshop
Strong portfolio showcasing mastery of composition, design, color, typefaces, etc
Candidate should have the ability to manage several projects at once across varied brand identities
Graphic Designer required to hand-off the fully packaged working files for each project
Willing to work flexible hours for the production of a project
Experience working with hospitality or restaurant brands

About the Role:
As we continue to grow our beloved brands, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is tasked with advancing the marketing & sales goals of our brands through clever and captivating branding, sales, and promotional content. As a Graphic Designer, you will use visual storytelling to enhance our content on our social media channels, emails, websites, and retail partner sites. What You'll Be Doing:
Utilize graphic design skills to support growth of our brands through curating and preparing visual content for use in digital advertising, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, our own websites, retailer websites, YouTube, and newsletters
Ability to apply motion graphics like animation and GIFs to digital content to help highlight brand messaging and enhance storytelling
Work closely with Senior Designer to deliver branded content to brand and marketing teams
Partner with Digital, Social, Communications, and Branding teams to incorporate insights into content creation for advertising, social, and digital executions
Combine compelling first-in-class creative with clear marketing messages and calls to action, lay out copy and imagery effectively

What You Bring to the Table:
Undergraduate degree in related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience
Proven in-depth understanding of design fundamentals such as layout, color theory and typography usage
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, XD)
Working knowledge of Figma & Canva
Expertise in designing for web, tablet, mobile, and email projects
Working knowledge of photography and video production and editing a plus, but not required
