Job Summary
Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. Ensures the accurate execution of all events during his/her shift. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; breaks down the setup and leaves the area neat and clean; returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.

* Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.

During service, monitor for spills, cup racks on floor, lines staying stocked, customer flow, dish room flow, to ensure all areas have enough staff support.
Responsible for pulling reports from POS systems and submitting reports to administrators.
Assist the kitchen or the front of the house team members throughout the service.
Responsible for customer and employee relations and employee training and coaching.
Complete detailed end-of-shift report of all events that occurred during the service.
Responsible for communication through e-mail, shift report, and phone.

The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with food/meal preparation; maintain cash receipts and meal records. Assist manager in completing daily reports. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu
+ Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions
+ Understand what is inclusive of a meal
+ Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner
+ Serve food according to meal schedules, department policies and procedures
+ Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives

+ Maintain garbage collection site and kitchen floor areas in a neat and sanitary fashion
+ Perform other duties as assigned including other areas in the kitchen
+ This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities
Create Transfer Orders (TO) for all product or supply moves
Coordinate/Reconcile Cycle Counts/Restricted Product Inventory
Maintain non-SAP supplies inventory
Process all product returns in SAP
Complete Receiving Log for all inbound product/supply deliveries
Maintain Damage Incident Report (DIR) Log
Process all product/supply receipts in SAP
Process any Inventory Adjustments, as needed
Schedule all Product/Supply Receipts with the vendors
Maintain all reorder points for supplies; work with Operations Supervisor I-II and Purchasing /
Licensing / Training Specialist to ensure timely delivery of needed supplies.
Executes/Initiates cycle counts and reconciles any discrepancies.
Manages supply reorder points and replenishment quantities for packaging supplies.
Reconciles cycle counts to ensure accuracy of material movements in SAP.
Processes and executes systematic transactions to scrap expired materials with authorization
from the Operations Supervisor/Quality.
Performs batch splits of product using SAP.
Maintain accurate material inventory in SAP
