Job Responsibilities Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Offer knowledgeable recommendations for food and beverage pairings, including wine and cocktails. Order Taking and Delivery: * Accurately take food and drink orders using our POS system, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are clearly communicated to the kitchen. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to our established service standards. Table Maintenance: * Maintain a clean and organized dining area. This includes pre-bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and ensuring guests have everything they need throughout their meal. Team Collaboration: * Work seamlessly with the kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for all guests. Knowledge & Training: * Continuously expand your knowledge of our menu, wine list, and daily specials. Participate in staff training sessions and tastings to stay informed. Guest Relations: * Anticipate guest needs, address any concerns or complaints with professionalism and a calm demeanor, and strive to exceed expectations to ensure repeat business. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Qualifications * Experience: Minimum of three years of experience as a Server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting. * Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and spirits. Familiarity with classic service styles and proper table etiquette is essential. * Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a high-volume environment. * Attributes: A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality.
