Stuart Straus is a Chief Executive Officer at Compass Health Inc and is based in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. Stuart studied at University of Florida between 1979 and 1982.

Stacey has been at Compass Health for over twenty years. She started her career as a clinician working with older adults, and eventually transitioned into management, first in the quality department and now as Chief Operating Officer. In her role as COO, Stacey serves as a champion for client experience, operational excellence, and compassionate care. She is responsible for the continuum of clinical services provided by the agency.

She received her undergraduate degree at Saint Martin’s College in Lacey, and is a graduate of Western Washington University’s Masters in Mental Health Counseling program. She is a licensed mental health counselor and a geriatric mental health specialist. In addition, she is a certified Mental Health First Aid trainer, and enjoys educating her community about behavioral health issues.

She and her husband live in rural Snohomish County.

Camis Milam joined Compass Health as the first Chief Medical Officer in October 2017, and is responsible for all medical services and their integration with other clinical and social service functions of the organization.

Prior to moving to Washington, she had been Chief Medical Officer at the Center for Health Care Services covering Bexar County, Texas and Associate Professor/Chief Medical Officer at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where she helped create and deliver integrated managed care projects for the Texas 1115 Medicaid waiver. Before succumbing to her passion for community mental health in 2002, Dr. Milam worked with the NASA/JSC astronaut corp. in her private practice in the Clear Lake/Houston area.

Camis is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. A native of South Texas and fifth generation physician, she and her menagerie are enjoying their new lives in the Evergreen State.

Camis really enjoys the commitment to teamwork and collaboration that is such an integral part of the Compass Health way.

Tamera has been with Compass Health since February 2016. As Chief Financial Officer, Tamera is responsible for the financial management of the organization, which includes managing financial risks, budgeting and analysis, maintaining fiscal accountability, and financial compliance and reporting. In addition to the finance department, Tamera also oversees the purchasing, payroll, facilities, payee services, and housing program at Compass Health.

Working in a collaborative, forward-thinking organization that is mission-oriented to support the whole individual in receiving behavioral health, housing, and linkage to basic needs and additional support is why she enjoys being part of the Compass Health team.

Becky Olson-Hernandez has been with Compass Health since 2001 where she began as the Manager of Children’s Crisis Services and then advanced to the Director of Emergency Services.

She is a native of Washington State and received her Masters of Science at Western Washington University in 1994. Becky is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Mental Health Professional, and Children’s Mental Health Specialist who has worked in the field in a variety of community-based and inpatient settings since 1987.

In her current role, Becky oversees quality development, training medical records, and information technology. During her tenure, Becky has been involved with Compass’s Healthcare Integration initiatives, has provided operational support to the Behavioral Health Northwest, and has spearheaded several projects related to safety in the workplace.

In addition to her clinical and administrative experience, Becky is a Certified Mental Health First Aid trainer and has provided this training throughout the community since 2008. Becky most enjoys Compass Health’s mission and interacting with and supporting the amazing staff she works with every day.
