Promotes professional growth, lots of support/supervision available, and strong focus on patient centered care. This is the best place I’ve ever works and seems genuinely invested in their staff.
Working with an acute population can be exhausting at times. It’s a very fast paced work environment and with the collaborative nature of the work, it’s essential to work with a solid team (which I do).
Compass’ primary focus is providing patients the highest level of care. Leadership makes this possible by supporting staff and continuously working to ensure it’s a place skilled clinicians want to work.
The company culture can continue to improve by embracing new, innovative ideas.
I prepared for the interview by familiarizing myself with PHP level of care and evidence based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
I believe our compensation aligns with industry standards.
This is an area Compass can continue to improve and appears to be taking active steps to increase diversity across the organization.
I love working with my coworkers! The team work is my favorite part of the job and I really enjoy the fast paced nature of the position.
