What You'll do: • Assess patients pre-, intra-, and post-endoscopy procedures • Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures, including education and consent verification • Administer medications and moderate sedation per policy and physician orders • Monitor and document patient vital signs, responses, and condition throughout procedures • Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures as needed • Provide post-procedure recovery care and patient discharge education • Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards • Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and clinical team members • Participate in quality improvement, training, and competency activities • Perform other duties as assigned What You'll bring: Graduate of an accredited RN program Current RN license (unencumbered) Current BLS (ACLS required within 6 months) Endoscopy procedural experience Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Physical & Work Environment Requirements Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and manual dexterity Exposure to surgical environments, equipment, and patient care areas Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and chemical hazards consistent with the surgical setting Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate (based on experience and qualifications) Healthcare benefits package 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Supportive, collaborative, and growing environment Why Compass Surgical Partners?
