Responsibilities
Validate and reconcile all settlement transactions through System Operators.
Ensure Payments are correctly made to or received from the System Operators or counterparties, and report disputes where circumstances dictate.

Requirements

We are looking for an avid learner who displays a ‘can do attitude', possesses strong analytical, process and communication skills to support the driving of Sales results through defined incentive compensation programs. This individual will be responsible for supporting all facets of incentive compensation administration - processing, calculating, servicing, designing, modeling, and implementing incentive comp for our internal Group Sales Distribution team.
You will:
Efficiently compile and manipulate data from multiple sources to produce end products with a high degree of accuracy and minimal guidance.
Actively engage in the modeling, design and communication of annual Incentive program enhancements.
Create presentations for various audiences, including multi levels of leadership within the organization. Develop and distribute detailed plan documents for the various incentive-based roles.
Administer various Sales Incentive compensation programs simultaneously, calculating incentive amounts, uploading payments to payroll and producing the corresponding reporting, accurately, within established deadlines and in a confidential manner.
Reviews payment reports for accuracy and completeness, resolving reconciliation issues prior to disbursement.
Respond to all inquiries from our ‘customer' in a timely and professional manner. Provide exemplary customer experience.
Effectively manage competing priorities delivering output within established deadlines and able to quickly pivot as dictated by needs of the business.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of procedures, processes and controls.

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, Monday-Friday, between 8:00am-5:00pm, with a total of 20 hours per week. In this role, you will contribute to the effective design, administration, and compliance of Gillette's compensation program by evaluating and analyzing salary data, recommending pay adjustments, and participating in compensation and benefits surveys. Responsibilities include researching and monitoring compensation trends, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, and managing day-to-day compensation activities, including healthcare-related communication, reporting, and HRIS updates. You will also provide backup support to the Benefits Analyst and collaborate on Human Resources quality improvement projects.
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in Minnesota or Wisconsin and have the ability to work onsite in St. Paul, MN, at least one day per month, or as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this opportunity is $35,276/annually to $52,894/annually, with a median salary of $44,085/annually (salary adjusted for .5 FTE). Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience and internal equity. Salary is just one component of the compensation package for employees. Primary Job Responsibilities
+ Applies the principles and practices of human resources - specifically compensation - to contribute to the success of Gillette.
+ Works on projects such as design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new compensation programs.
+ Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensures compliance with regulation.
+ Ensures Gillette's compensation program remains competitive in the marketplace.
+ Researches, gathers, and analyzes data to find out appropriate salary level, FLSA classification and job title for new positions.

+ Conducts and participates in salary surveys, interprets salary data, and performs analysis to recommend and implement changes as needed.

+ Develops relationships, manages interactions, and provides guidance with the goal of providing excellent service at the individual, departmental, and organizational level.
+ Works with the HR leadership and HR partners on compensation-related issues.
+ Works with HRIS and Payroll staff to ensure the systems meet compensation needs and are updated to reflect changes.
+ Advises on compensation for promotions and prospective employees.
+ Communicates and shares HR compensation knowledge across all levels of the organization to produce successful outcomes and support employee engagement.
+ Communicates compensation programs and assists employees with questions about compensation and performance appraisals.
+ Manages and/or provides support to other human-resources projects as assigned.
+ Provides back-up support to the benefits analyst and HRIS specialist.
+ Responds to requests of internal and external auditors.
+ Prepares supporting data for the review of annual salary budget.
+ Responds to various requests for information from HRIS.
+ Sets-up jobs in HRIS system as needed.
+ Supports the Vice President of People Strategy and Director of HR Strategic Services with physician and executive compensation, benefits, and salary surveys.
Qualifications
Required
+ Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources-related field, or equivalent years of experience
+ Minimum of two years Human Resources experience that involved the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation program and developing job descriptions
Preferred
+ Previous experience in a healthcare organization
+ Completion of CEBS and/or CCP exams
+ Experience with UltiPro
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to develop complex spreadsheets using Excel
+ Ability to extract, manipulate, analyze and present data from HR and Payroll systems
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to produce error-free work
+ Demonstrated ability to multi-task, seek out internal and external data/resources, prioritize, and apply critical thinking
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -listening, written and verbal
