Facilitates the timely preparation and submission of reports and applications required by law to be filed with regulatory agencies, such as ACA, 401k 5500 and Health & Welfare 5500.
Ensure compliance with all State and Federal wage and benefit regulations.
Develops and implements an organization-wide compensation structure, including job grades and salary ranges, while developing salary policies and administrative procedures, and short and long-term incentive plans.
Guides HR team and managers on the application of compensation guidelines, policies and practices to optimize how compensation tools can support talent objectives.
Reviews and evaluates new and current positions, assigning appropriate job grade and classifications based on market data, internal equity, and FLSA regulations.
Manages annual merit and bonus process.
Develops employee communications for total rewards programs including open enrollment materials and compensation statements.
Liaises with Payroll to ensure accuracy of employee information, including employee benefits deductions and contributions.
Monitors market trends and legislation and informs organization of potential impact of future changes.
