Expertise in North American compensation practices and understanding of regulatory requirements. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing compensation data analysis tools, such as SAP and Salary.com, to derive actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
