Kyle Hall serves as the Chief Information Officer of Complete Merchant Solutions LLC. Kyle Hall has nearly 10 years of industry leadership experience in the merchant acquiring space and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of CMS' customer's transaction processing. Prior to co-founding CMS, he served as a Vice President for a large Agent/ISO office of Chase Bank and Wells Fargo.

Trever Hansen is a Co-Founder of Complete Merchant Solutions LLC and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. Trever Hansen has more than 10 years of industry leadership experience and is responsible for maximizing performance and efficiencies between CMS' business units as well as overseeing the company's efforts to streamline processes for the entire merchant lifecycle; from new account boarding, through ongoing merchant support, to customer retention. Prior to co-founding CMS, Trever Hansen served as the Vice President of Operations for a large ISO office of Chase Bank and Wells Fargo Bank. In this role, Trever Hansen oversaw multiple operational functions including underwriting, client boarding, risk management and ongoing loss prevention, deployment, activations, as well as customer and technical support. Trever Hansen pursued his undergraduate degree at the University of Utah.

Bryant is currently the CFO for CMS / Nexio. Complete Merchant Solutions is one of the top 50 processors in the USA and was identified by Utah Business Magazine as #35 on their annual Fast 50 rankings of companies in Utah. Nexio is the fintech product that helps merchants "manage the chaos of payments". By using one platform (Nexio) merchants get access to the best third party tools (tokenization, fraud prevention, international connectors, chargeback management, revenue recovery, etc.) that help them focus on their business, not on the complexities of accepting credit cards. Previously Bryant provided financial due diligence services to support corporate and financial clients analyzing potential M&A transactions within various industries, specializing in financial services. Cache Decker is a Chief Strategy Officer at COMPLETE MERCHANT SOLUTIONS; Senior VP of Corporate Strategy at COMPLETE MERCHANT SOLUTIONS; and Business Development, Partner Integration at COMPLETE MERCHANT SOLUTIONS and is based in Orem, Utah. She has worked as Sales/ Marketing Executive at Sunlit Merchant Services and Senior Loan Officer at Premier Mortgage Companny. Cache attended Southern Virginia University between 2001 and 2003 and Brigham Young University, Idaho between 1996 and 1997.
