Requirements:

Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act highly desirable.
JD or legal research experience is a significant plus.
Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Job Description
The Senior Compliance & Ethics Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Compliance & Regulatory function within Deployment Solutions. The Analyst will primarily support the Senior Compliance Manager in executing a comprehensive, risk-based monitoring program for a designated pharmaceutical client program. This includes conducting free-text monitoring (email, CRM call notes, and Field Coaching Reports), assisting with conducting both field and virtual ride-alongs and follow-up from live ride-alongs, performing preliminary risk assessments, preparing compliance dashboards, and maintaining documentation.
The Analyst also supports broader Deployment Solutions activities by assisting with the implementation of new client programs, supporting compliance training needs, and performing transparency-related tasks, including running reports, preparing dashboards, compiling data for client presentations, and tracking potential violations while coordinating with field personnel and sales leadership.

Participate in live and virtual field ride-alongs to observe field interactions, assess adherence to promotional guidelines and compliance expectations, and document findings to support escalation, remediation, or training follow-up.
Track compliance performance indicators and identify patterns that inform program insights, training opportunities, or risk mitigation actions across assigned programs.
Compile data for compliance dashboards that summarize monitoring outcomes, issue trends, training status, and escalation activity. Contribute to the preparation and presentation of materials for client governance meetings and internal compliance reporting.
Support tracking of state and local licensing, registration, and disclosure requirements by helping ensure timely completion, escalating delays, and maintaining documentation accuracy.
Support transparency monitoring activities by tracking issues and potential violations related to spend and HCP engagement records, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating with field personnel and sales leadership to resolve outstanding items in accordance with applicable reporting requirements.
Track completion of required training and assessments to confirm compliance prior to field deployment and ongoing adherence to annual and refresher training requirements.
Assist with field-facing compliance communications, collect emerging themes from field inquiries, support leadership touchpoints, and help coordinate Compliance Champion activities to reinforce expectations and a speak-up culture.
Maintain awareness of relevant compliance regulations, industry codes, and policy updates and apply insights to monitoring, training, and process support activities.
Support documentation and tracking of root causes for identified compliance concerns and contribute to follow-up actions that mitigate future risk.

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree
5 years of experience in compliance, monitoring, regulatory operations, or related roles in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws, industry codes, and compliance standards applicable to pharmaceutical field activities, including FDA, OIG, PhRMA, AdvaMed, and state-level transparency and disclosure laws.
Demonstrates the ability to review written communications and identify potential compliance risks, patterns, or behavioral trends requiring escalation or further evaluation.
Familiarity with transparency reporting processes and tools; able to track HCP spend, monitor for discrepancies, and support resolution in alignment with state and federal requirements.

The Position
The Senior Manager, Product, Trade, and Regulatory Compliance is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for ensuring the organization's products and trade operations meet all applicable domestic and international regulations. This position oversees global product compliance, import/export compliance, and Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) management, driving programs that mitigate risk, enhance efficiency, and support business growth.
