The Growth Marketing team is tasked with driving new subscriber growth for our Streaming globally. The team is responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of user acquisition via paid media campaigns. Develop global compliance and brand safety guidelines for performance marketing data
Negotiate, review, and manage data terms and contracts in partnership with the legal and privacy teams
Document and maintain guidelines for ad platforms and data partnerships
Work cross-functionally to create briefs for legal and privacy approval that outline proposed data use cases and strategic marketing strategies with the ability to tie back to business outcomes
Ensure compliance and regulations for all global campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external media agencies
Ensure that documentation remains up to date and sound in the light of evolving privacy regulations
Participate in internal meetings to ensure compliance and data governance is up to date, and partner with global teams to update process and policies, as needed
Partner with privacy teams to update market-specific supplemental privacy policies to ensure coverage of our new partners or processes
Share knowledge regarding compliance and data sharing initiatives with internal departments and cross TWDC business units

Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in legal, data governance, marketing compliance function and relevant industry experience such as telecommunications, media & entertainment
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area such as Philosophy, Law, Government, Politics, Marketing, or Business
Understanding of the identity landscape (personal identifiable information), the use of aggregated and anonymized user information, and the use of data clean rooms & CDPs/DMPs to support marketing activations
Knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem including ad serving, ad technologies, tracking, measurement, and implementation
Experience with digital data collection and privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA.

As an Environmental Specialist I/II/III (Air Compliance) you will ensure compliance by reviewing proposed equipment and operational changes against air quality regulations. You will manage environmental permits and oversee stack testing, working closely with testing agencies to confirm emissions remain within legal limits. Your day includes gathering operational data, submitting regulatory reports, and handling permit renewals under tight deadlines. You will stay current with evolving regulations, such as updates to the Clean Air Act, and guide operational adjustments to ensure compliance. This role also involves conducting site inspections, training field staff, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams on broader environmental initiatives.

Environmental Specialist III:
Responsibilities/Expectations:
Develops, maintains and provides guidance on environmental processes/policies; conducts required environmental training
Assesses environmental risk, provides recommendations to address risk and participates in or handles the approved course of action, including required regulatory documentation
Participates in environmental project planning and implementation, including scheduling, cost estimating, preparation of environmental impact assessments and reporting
Prepares and submits sophisticated applications to procure environmental permits, renewals, approvals, variances, and other authorizations and coordinates with company partners
Performs environmental compliance audits and due diligence investigations, as the need arises
Develops, recommends and implements improvements for systems and practices in air, water, waste management and/or remediation activities for assigned areas
Assists with the preparation of all required compliance reports/certifications and development and maintenance of documentation related to environmental compliance programs
Cultivates relationships between Williams and regulatory agencies
Interprets applicable federal, state and local environmental regulations and ensures compliance with such regulations

BASIC FUNCTION:
Under the general direction of the Assistant Director of the Environmental Services Unit (ESU), the selected candidate will be involved in a variety of projects, with a primary focus on providing free and confidential assistance to small businesses with regulation applicability determinations and environmental compliance as it relates to state and federal requirements, including those associated with water, wastewater, air, solid waste, hazardous waste, and chemical/bulk storage.
WORK PERFORMED:
Work with small businesses to interpret environmental regulations applicable to associated processes and assist businesses in complying with applicable regulatory requirements.
Assist in investigating and resolving complaints and disputes, including enforcement actions, between small businesses and regulatory agencies.
Manage a free and confidential information hotline.
Track and review new and amended environmental regulations and their potential impacts on small business sectors and the economy.
Work with associations and small businesses to improve voluntary compliance and solicit input on the development or modification of environmental conservation laws and regulations.
Organize and conduct outreach programs to inform business owners and managers about their responsibilities and rights under state and federal environmental conservation laws.
Assist with coordination with other agencies, stakeholder groups, webinars, and outreach events.
Present written and oral summaries of project activity to the Office Manager.
Work collaboratively with peers, managers, clients, and regulators.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education Level Required: Undergraduate or Graduate degree in environmental studies/science, engineering, or closely related field. Associate's degree with 7 years, direct relevant experience may substitute.
Relevant Experience required: A minimum of three (3) years of environmental compliance experience in applying various state and federal environmental regulations, particularly those applicable to New York.
Knowledge Required: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply them to real world situations. Proactive and diligent approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
ALTERNATE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNAL CANDIDATES: A minimum of 5 years of satisfactory service in another (relevant) position with Empire State Development. Up to 2 years of accredited post-secondary education, or service in the U.S. military may be substituted for service at ESD.
