Overview
We are seeking a Field Compliance Coordinator to join our Upstream OE & Compliance Division.
The OE & Compliance Division is responsible for providing safety support to Upstream Executive Management and various other organizations through HSE reporting, conducting safety audits, creation of safety recommendations, human factors guidance, delivery of safety training, facilitation of major incident investigations and creation of lessons learned.
Your primary role is to support Upstream organizations on Process Safety and major Incident's investigations matters while focusing on employees from Onshore and Offshore drilling and oil & gas processing plants.
Key Responsibilities
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
Enhance safety standards and general procedures such as work permit, process safety, hazard identification, risk management, emergency preparedness etc.
Develop loss prevention, fire prevention and safety standards, procedures and General Instructions (GIs) for matters not already addressed by existing resources.
Provide advice and consultation to Upstream management as requested to facilitate Safety Management System (SMS) enhancement.
Develop critical safety documents for major activities such as job safety analysis and hazards identification plans.
Assist departments in preparing for major safety review such as loss prevention compliance reviews.
Research emerging safety technologies and conducts feasibility studies and cost analyses to identify improved solutions to existing safety problems and emerging regulatory requirements.
Act as an audit expert in process safety for risk identification and mitigation during design, construction, commissioning, turn-over to operations, on-going operations, management of change and decommissioning of facilities.
Develop and deliver safety training material and safe work procedures to the field personnel.
Instruct on safety concepts, practices and standards (both on-the-job and classroom based).
Direct and participate in the preparation of major reference manuals documenting corporate and LP safety systems, policies, and procedures (e.g., LP Policy, SMS manual, Safety Handbook, Construction Safety Manual). Reviews related high-level documents from other organizations or outside parties with potential to impact the safety of company operations as required.
Facilitate and lead incident investigations including interviewing witnesses, gathering data and conducting a root cause analysis.
Facilitate and lead safety audits by identifying areas of non-compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and advise on how to improve existing conditions.
Minimum Requirements
As a successful candidate you will hold a:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, HSE or equivalent from an accredited university.
Minimum of 10 years' experience working in upstream organizations that have diversified operation from exploration, drilling and producing in both onshore and offshore including at least 5 years in a senior position as a Loss Prevention or Fire Prevention subject matter expert.
Strong technical expertise in the area of process safety, e.g., design engineering, loss control management, hazard identification, hazard and operability (HAZOP) reviews, incident investigations, emergency preparedness and response and safety management systems.
Experience in HAZOP and safety integrity level (SIL) studies is preferred with internationally recognized certifications.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
● Support the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the online sportsbook in EU and South American jurisdictions (e.g., MGA/Malta, Sweden/SGA, Brazil/SPA, Denmark/DGA).
● Maintain the Change Management Log and ensure all material system changes are categorized, documented, and tracked in alignment with local regulatory expectations.
● Prepare certification submission packages for independent testing laboratories (GLI, eCOGRA, BMM, etc.), including CRs, release notes, evidence packages, configuration files, screenshots, or deployment proof.
● Coordinate jurisdictional technical filings, renewals, and recertifications (e.g., binary/hash approvals, middleware/file change approvals, BMS/core system updates).
● Liaise with labs and regulators to clarify technical scope, timelines, and impact assessments for both new and ongoing submissions.
● Review and assess technical incidents, including outage reports and security deviations; escalate and file reports as required.

Western Union is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven, and execution-focused Analyst to join our Compliance Systems & Analytics (CS&A) team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, delivering and gathering requirements for our compliance templates functions. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring collaboration across Operations, Policy, Data, and Technology. You will be instrumental in meeting regulatory and policy obligations, driving product modernization, and delivering nuanced requirements that will support the ever-changing global compliance landscape.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work in a high demand, fast-paced portfolio that supports enterprise and compliance products from conception to implementation and beyond. This involves working cross-functionally to understand our various global compliance needs, business product needs, and regulatory obligations to formulate requirements, and deliver impactful solutions to our users.
Role Responsibilities
Perform detailed analysis of GSI filter calibration settings and parameters to ensure filters are operating as intended.
Assess calibration accuracy and alignment with defined business, technical, or compliance requirements.
Validates that filters are appropriately tuned to detect relevant patterns while minimizing false positives and false negatives.
Continuously monitor filter outputs to evaluate performance, stability, and effectiveness.
Conduct trend analysis and variance analyses to measure the impact of calibration changes.
Identify anomalies, deviations, or degradation in the filter over time.
Execute controlled testing of filter adjustments to confirm that performance aligns with expected outcomes.
Document calibration testing methodologies, outcomes, or over-triggering events.
Maintain detailed records of calibration activities, improvement initiatives, and key insights.
Support audit and compliance inquiries with clear data-backed calibration documentation.
Collaborate with relevant teams (operations, risk, engineering) to resolve identified issues.
Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to understand regulatory use cases, pain points, and future-state needs to meet regulatory obligations.
Collaborate with QA and UAT for various front-end groups to ensure compliance requirements are met.
Communicate and manage requirements expectations to stakeholders and external product organizations.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
1+ years in AML or comparable field with professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
SQL skills required, with proven experience writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and handling large datasets.
Strong working knowledge of Snowflake or equivalent cloud-based data warehousing platforms preferred.
Ability to parse, query, and analyze JSON structures within analytical workflows.
Familiarity with Python for data manipulation, automation or rule performance modeling a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in identifying root causes behind anomalies.
Experience working with complex systems across multiple stakeholder groups and domains.
Ability to effectively communicate business requirements to business and technical audiences.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, especially in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and preferably MS Access.
Must possess well developed interpersonal skills and be able to function well within a team-oriented environment.
Prefer experience in compliance including knowledge and understanding of anti-money laundering acts, laws and regulations as well as anti-money laundering issues and trends.

Salary
The base salary range is $60,400.00 - $75,000.00 USD Annual USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.

We are seeking support for a full range of regulatory compliance tasks for a growing small business. The Compliance Specialist will ensure that the company obtains and maintains relevant permits, permissions, and certificates required to do business. Our focus is on (a) the manufacture, storage, and shipping of flammable solids and other hazardous materials, (b) consumer goods safety and compliance with consumer protection protocols, and (c) domestic and international shipping.
Specific responsibilities of this position include:
Performing activities of the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory standards including,
but not limited
to:
Oversee development and maintenance of testing program for products as required by Consumer Product and Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA)/ Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)
Obtain and submit testing for new explosives classification for consumer use to US DOT and foreign certifying bodies
Apply for and maintain trademarks for new and existing registered products
Manage the continuing efforts of ISO 9001 certification requirements
Complete renewals of all federal and state Hazardous Materials/Product Registration, Fireworks Licenses, Security Vulnerability Assessments, employee CDL and hazardous material endorsements, and all other business process compliance activity for the entire company
Obtain approvals for packaging and shipping via US Post Office and commercial carriers
Assist with preparation and review of business insurance including liability, property, and vehicle insurance
Evaluate all business activities relating to compliance as well as provide guidance on compliance matter.
Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits, establish processes and procedures, and ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
Support and provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews.
Identify compliance matters that require follow-up or investigation, and develop plans for continued adherence to regulations.
Maintain documentation of compliance activities
Draft, modify and implement compliance-related company policies and procedures
