Position Overview
The Shared Services Team is seeking a new team member who thrives in a highly collaborative team-oriented environment. Responsibilities:
Audit Coordination
* Serve as an initial contact and assist with the coordination of Claims Audits that are conducted by the various State DOIs. Will serve as primary intermediary between the business, handling entity, and the State Departments.
* Receive and interpret preliminary audit requests by the State Departments. Analyze and assess audit reports that are issued by the State Departments to identify performance issues. Communicate the results to Arch Claims Senior Leadership TPA Corporate Contacts (if applicable).
* Assist with the review of state report cards and metrics on claims processing and reporting and work with TPAs and Arch staff to remediate any issues.
Regulatory Reporting
* Gather data from TPAs and/or Arch data reports to prepare Compliance managed regulatory reports and data calls. Timely submit state specific annual/quarterly reports where required.
* Review and analyze Claims Bulletins related to Regulatory Reports, communicate internally and/or to the TPAs as needed, and monitor implementation of new requirements where appropriate
* Assist with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) reporting
Other Compliance Activities
* Support maintenance of compliance library and claims correspondence
* Provide compliance support for Medicare Reporting
* Assist with internal audit and regulatory reviews
* Other ad hoc compliance related tasks, as needed.
Experience and Required Skills:
* General P&C claims knowledge, adjusting experience preferred
* Efficient organization and project management skills
* Familiarity with the suite of Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

**Role Summary:**
The Compliance Analyst supports Datavant's enterprise compliance program and helps ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies. **Key Responsibilities:**

Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
1+ years in AML or comparable field with professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.

Salary
The base salary range is $60,400.00 - $75,000.00 USD Annual USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.

We're seeking a highly motivated Manager of Security Trust & Compliance to lead and support a talented team of GRC practitioners to drive the continuing evolution of these programs. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams, such as Engineering, Sales, Legal, IT, Security, Internal Audit, and more. Through all of this, you'll help Klaviyo scale securely, sustainably deliver more value for our customers, and bolster their trust in us.
What you'll be doing
Lead, support, and develop our Trust team, helping your team members with professional development, goal achievement, and partnering effectively across Klaviyo
Partner with STAR team leadership to plan, oversee, and drive execution of our projects and operations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality business outcomes
Define a compelling vision/strategy for our Trust programs to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of how we drive governance, cultivate culture, uphold compliance, and bolster trust
Continuously seek out and prioritize high-value opportunities for the Trust team to use AI and automation to streamline our processes and eliminate toil

Qualifications
Requires 5 years' experience working with real estate funding programs, financial eligibility determination or other funding programs or 5 years' experience working on site at a Tax Credit or Project Based Section 8 property.

Stellar Virtual is seeking a highly knowledgeable Colorado Virtual School Compliance Consultant to serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting the launch of virtual school operations in Colorado. This consultant will provide leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to ensure full compliance with the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) requirements for online schools and programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Colorado K-12 education law, enrollment and student transfer processes, curriculum approval procedures, Colorado's K-12 funding structures, and working with Boards of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES). Familiarity with BOCES oversight, authorizing practices, and partnership models is essential for navigating Colorado's online program landscape.
Essential Duties
Regulatory & Compliance Expertise
Provide expert consultation on CDE rules, policies, and regulations governing online schools and programs.
Interpret and advise on Colorado education law requirements, including accountability, governance standards, and reporting obligations.
Offer guidance on relationships with Colorado BOCES, including authorizing expectations, oversight procedures, and compliance frameworks.
Enrollment & Student Transfer Processes
Develop and refine enrollment procedures compliant with Colorado's online program eligibility requirements.

Colorado K-12 Funding & Financial Guidance
Provide consultation on Colorado's K-12 funding models, including per-pupil revenue (PPR), October Count requirements, online student funding rules, and full-time vs. part-time enrollment funding impacts.
Advise on how attendance documentation, engagement tracking, and residency verification affect funding eligibility and state revenue.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure budget models reflect accurate Colorado revenue assumptions for online programs.
BOCES Collaboration & Authorizing Support
Provide guidance on Colorado BOCES structures, including authorizing processes, accountability expectations, and performance frameworks for online schools.
Support communication and documentation required for BOCES partnerships, renewals, or program approvals.
Advise leadership on how to structure operational and academic systems to meet BOCES oversight requirements.
Project Planning & Implementation Support
Develop a detailed implementation roadmap for launching Stellar Virtual's Colorado online program.

Stakeholder Engagement

The Security Compliance Specialist will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing New Charter Technologies' security and compliance programs. Qualifications
