The CX Compliance team is essential in ensuring that our global CX Compliance Operations function efficiently, comply with regulatory requirements, and consistently deliver high-quality resolutions. As a Compliance Lead Analyst, Compliance Operations within the CX Compliance team, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end Transaction Monitoring investigations for customers (individuals/entities) that may lead to drafting and filing a SAR. Additionally, you will be proactively detecting emerging risks, optimizing compliance processes, and testing new tools and models before deployment to ensure smooth transition to production. You will work independently and extensively with cross functional teams (such as Financial Crime Risk Investigations, Workforce Management, Content and Learning & Development stakeholders) prioritizing multiple tasks with minimal guidance, and remain open to feedback from all levels to drive continuous improvement in compliance operations.
