The CX Compliance team is essential in ensuring that our global CX Compliance Operations function efficiently, comply with regulatory requirements, and consistently deliver high-quality resolutions. As a Senior Analyst, Compliance TMS Operations within the CX Compliance team, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end Transaction Monitoring investigations for customers (individuals/entities) that may lead to drafting and filing a SAR. You will work extensively with functional leaders in the Financial Crime Risk Service line and support functions to maintain production and quality of the highest standard. You will work independently, prioritizing multiple tasks with minimal guidance, and remain open to feedback from all levels to drive continuous improvement in compliance handling.
*What you'll be doing:***
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, crypto, investigations, legal, or the tech industry, with a focus on TMS, compliance, or regulatory matters.
* Relevant experience in SAR narrative drafting and filing
* Conduct investigative review and analysis in support of company's BSA/AML regulatory compliance policies and programs including investigating automated alerts from our transaction monitoring systems, and referrals sourced from law enforcement requests and other company lines of business
* Analyze transaction activity and KYC information and conduct due diligence research in support of investigations as well as interpret evidence from external tools and systems to determine the legitimacy of customer behavior across multiple products
* Document investigations in written narratives
* Decide whether activity warrants escalation for additional review and subsequently recommend whether activity appears suspicious and warrants filing of a suspicious activity report
* Incorporate feedback from Quality Assurance Team
* Maintain detailed documentation to demonstrate compliance with regulations and internal policies and procedures
* Remain current with industry standards and developments in the areas of KYC, BSA/AML, and OFAC, and apply regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures to case investigation
* Review data from systems and following Coinbase procedures to investigate, decide, and document transaction monitoring alerts

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required

This position will work closely with staff at assigned properties to ensure applications and annual re-certifications are processed in a prompt, accurate and timely fashion. This position requires a very detail-orientated individual with excellent organizational skills. What You'll Do:
• Ensure Compliance: Review and process applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to program requirements such as LIHTC, HUD, and RD.
• Support & Train: Provide guidance to property teams, offering ongoing training to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Audit & Monitor: Conduct file audits and prepare for regulatory agency reviews to ensure operational excellence.

• Travel: Travel about 50%-75% of the time. Candidate will travel to properties to assist with recertifications, compliance paperwork, and Property Onboarding.

The Account Compliance Manager is responsible for the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and working productively with Independent Contractors (IC). The Account Compliance Manager must be able to work independently and with others, in any type of facility including but not limited to; industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc. The Account Compliance Manager must also be able to exercise good judgment in reporting client concerns to management and seeking the involvement of others in order to best meet clients' needs.
Work Hours: 4pm to midnight
Essential functions:
Develop and maintain productive, working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems.
Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business.
Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message.
Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines and discharge if not meeting service level agreement.
Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention.
Execute City Wide's New-Start Policy, Customer Compliant Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use.
Other duties as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
High school diploma required.
Two to three years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations is preferred.
Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.
MS Office, Internet skills required
