This role will play a critical part in ensuring regulatory integrity across federal contracting and construction execution. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Oversight & Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, policies, and procedures in accordance with applicable federal regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). Contract Compliance Monitoring: Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract compliance matters, ensuring that all company divisions and project teams adhere to specific contract clauses and federal requirements. Audit Management: Prepare for, manage, and coordinate responses to audits by government agencies, including the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Cybersecurity Compliance: Oversee the implementation and monitoring of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program, ensuring compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements for protecting FUI (Federal Contract Information) and CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information). Procurement & Sourcing Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the Buy American Act and associated trade agreements, validating sourcing documentation for all materials used in federal projects. Risk Assessment & Training: Proactively identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop and deliver targeted compliance training to employees and management on topics including the False Claims Act and ethical conduct. Policy Development: Lead the development and revision of internal policies to address changes in federal laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains current with all OFCCP requirements related to EEO and affirmative action obligations. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience managing compliance within a federal contracting environment, preferably in construction or a related industry Expert Knowledge Required: In-depth understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). Demonstrated experience with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) framework and NIST 800-171 requirements. Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and experience with DCAA audit procedures and requirements. Familiarity with the Buy American Act and the False Claims Act. Experience navigating OFCCP requirements and compliance audits. Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, actionable business processes. Must be familiar with construction, the change order process, and claims for equitable adjustment. Education: Bachelor s degree in business administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field. A master s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CCCM, CFCM, CPA) is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and analyze financial transactions using AML software to detect suspicious activity and potential money laundering in order to mitigate or escalate the case for SAR evaluation. • Prepare, verify, and submit Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) andensure acceptance by FinCEN • Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and ensure acceptance by FINCEN. • Document analysis and recommendations for CTR exemptions per Bank Secrecy Action (BSA) regulations. • Submit and respond to 314(b) FI collaboration through the AML system. • Outboard calls to internal and external members to support case investigations. • Participate in reviewing the AML functionality to improve system alert configuration by identifying patterns and trends related to BSA/AML. • Ensure compliance with BSA, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and other relevant regulations. • Initiate member account actions and cases to minimize member and/or Credit Union losses. • Maintain and track Customer Due Diligence (CDD) questionnaires and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews, ensuring timely collection and verification to meet regulatory requirements. • Assist with BSA/AML risk assessments and policy/procedure review. • Ensure compliance with Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) regulation. • Back-up to BSA/AML/CTF OFAC Officer • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to include federal and/or local law enforcement and ensure compliance with and resolve issues. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices. • Completes other projects as assigned. Physical Demands • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Occasional lifting of office supplies, up to 15 pounds. Qualifications • Six years of progressive experience in all aspect of BSA/AML compliance, advanced knowledge of AML monitoring processes and system (preferably Verafin). • Working knowledge of core banking system (Symitar). Alkami online banking and Mantl account opening system preferred. • Ongoing commitment to regulatory and professional development. • Certification in CAMS or CBSAP (or interest in pursuing). • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, with a proven track record of conducting thorough investigations and preparing detailed reports. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications: * Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related work experience; OR 12+ years of relevant work experience with no Bachelor's degree * Experience with U.S. Department of State DECCS system and U.S. Department of Commerce SNAP-R system * Experience with Microsoft software (Office, SharePoint, and Teams) * Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks * Proficient ability to apply regulatory concepts to daily work autonomously * Ability to travel as needed to various sites.
