Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Experienced Compliance Analysts to support the Fulfillment Process & Performance: Compliance team in Renton or Everett, Washington.
The Compliance Analyst supporting Fulfillment Process & Performance: Compliance will assess fulfillment processes and practices against applicable standards, analyze and interpret performance data, and communicate clear, actionable feedback. Using Lean methodologies and other continuous-improvement tools, the analyst partners with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies, plans, and metrics that drive compliance and operational excellence. Working at the appropriate levels of the organization and under general direction, this role ensures alignment with company initiatives and helps translate assessment results into measurable improvements.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner with operations, industrial engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to improve, embed, and sustain compliance controls within fulfillment processes
Translate regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements into practical, error-resistant process steps and tooling for fulfillment operations
Co-design standard work, checklists, decision trees, and system validations that make compliant behavior the default
Collaborate with operations, engineering, IT, QA, and training to integrate compliance requirements into systems (WMS, ERP, LMS, etc.), BPI/BPG, and change control
Conduct risk assessments, non-advocate reviews, and process analyses to identify root causes of non-compliance and deploy preventive controls
Define and implement leading indicators and embedded controls that provide real-time signals (alerts, dashboards, gate checks)
Use metrics to identify trends, validate control effectiveness, and drive corrective actions
Partner with Fulfillment U training to develop and deliver targeted training, on-the-job coaching, and communication to ensure sustainable adoption of built-in controls
Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce reliance on after-the-fact inspection and rework
Provide documentation and evidence for internal or external audits showing how controls are embedded and validated
Lead Boeing Problem Solving activities for Fulfillment audit findings from FAA and Internal Audit
Occasional travel to other sites, vendors, or customer locations as required
Act as a change agent: able to drive adoption with pilots, coaching, and governance
Comfortable working with IT/engineering teams to specify system validations and automation
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Six Sigma, Lean+, Manufacturing and/or Process Improvement
3+ years of experience with regulatory compliance, regulatory analysis or working with US or International trade regulations
3+ years of experience in collecting data, developing metrics, and conducting trend analysis
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of business operations experience
Certifications: Lean/Six Sigma, AS9100, or relevant quality/compliance certifications
Experience in regulated industries (aerospace, defense, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, etc.)

Job Summary
The Policy & Compliance Analyst plays a key role in maintaining Ziply's information security posture. The analyst is responsible for managing the review, publication, and enforcement of internal security policies and procedures. The analyst supports cross-functional teams in aligning with regulatory security frameworks such as NIST, SOC 2, SOX, PCI-DSS, and helps maintain documentation that demonstrates compliance and due diligence.

The Role
We're looking for a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to help strengthen and scale our security and compliance program. The SPECIAL EDUCATION COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST will report to the Director of Special Education Compliance. The mission of Special Education and Intervention Services in CMSD is to ensure that inclusive, learner-centered services and supports are provided to all children with special needs and their families, in every school, so that all students graduate from high school prepared for college, careers, and fulfilling independent lives. Students with special needs are entitled to high-quality Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that not only meet federal and state compliance requirements, but also serve as a commitment to each scholar of a free, appropriate public education with the right services and supports to achieve rigorous educational goals. The SPECIAL EDUCATION COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST, also known as an IEP Auditor, will work closely with the Building Principals, Intervention Specialists, Related Service Providers and Program Managers within the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. Compliance Specialist II (Lending) role requires knowledge of consumer regulatory compliance and is responsible for monitoring and assessing adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations. This role will build relationship and network with lending business units to ensure practices stay compliant as a second line of defense. Work with Regulatory Compliance Manager and/or VP of Compliance to perform extensive and complex validation and targeted reviews of lending areas.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Knowledge and expertise focusing on consumer and mortgage lending areas, specifically Regulation C (HMDA), Truth in Lending Act (Regulation Z), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Mortgage Servicing, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Fair Lending regulations (ECOA and Fair Housing Act), SAFE Act, Flood Disaster Protection Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Homeowners Protection Act
* Research and assist in the analysis, interpretation, and application of lending regulations and practices as they relate to the credit union
* Work with Regulatory Compliance Manager and/or VP of Compliance to perform ongoing reviews of the credit union's loan products and work with the appropriate departments to analyze loan data for compliance with lending regulations and internal policies and procedures
* As part of second line of defense, develop and conduct internal compliance self-assessments and internal reviews to ensure activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and rules. Communicate the review requirements to appropriate departments, assist in collecting audit material as appropriate, and track all findings and resolutions
* Work independently on the credit union's regulatory risk assessment covering all consumer regulatory related risks, identify the gaps, and provide recommended solutions for the identified gaps. Collaborate with the departmental stakeholders to implement those solutions
* Assist with performing monitoring of vendor compliance with consumer regulations, may assist with lending and/or deposit disclosure updates and tracking, compliance monitoring, quality control, and other compliance programs and projects as assigned
* Review the implementation of new lending products/services or changes to existing lending products/services for compliance and regulatory requirements and/or for potential issues and implement appropriate compliance validation steps focusing on the lending areas
* Assist in evaluating and resolving member complaints related to regulatory compliance
* Recommend policies, procedures, and processes to help ensure activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and rules
* Review marketing materials related to lending areas for compliance with applicable state and federal laws prior to their release to the membership, when applicable
* Assist with periodic reports to VP of Compliance for reporting to the Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee, and Executive Leadership with regards to compliance matters, when applicable
* Keep abreast of changes in regulations as appropriate. Distribute appropriate materials to departments, assess progress on compliance with new regulations, and serve as a subject matter expert to the credit union on compliance related issues. Maintain a continuous study of applicable State and Federal laws
* Keep supervisor informed of key operating issues affecting areas of responsibility
* Serve as a member of a project team(s) related to lending areas in the capacity of a compliance resource for the implementation of technology, processes, procedures, or the development of training materials and/or function as a compliance resource for the credit union
* Function as compliance resource for the credit union including consumer loan regulations and mortgage regulations, including research, analysis, interpretation, and providing answers to consumer regulatory issues from all departments. Assist with training as requested
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Regulatory Compliance Manager and/or VP of Compliance
* Assist with state and federal compliance audits and examinations as needed

Provide Environmental Compliance Technical Support on behalf of The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Hanford Site, Assistant Manager for Safety and Environment (AMSE), Environmental Compliance Division (ECD).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Provide regulatory support to Department of Energy Hanford's environmental staff.
Assist the Environmental Compliance Division (ECD) Director in evaluating Environmental Compliance Support Specialists' performance in regulatory permitting activities, environmental compliance programs, and inspection/readiness activities; identifying environmental/regulatory performance issues that could impact the Tank Farms and Waste Treatment & Immobilization Plant (WTP) cost and schedule; and recommending effective and prompt strategies/solutions for driving/improving Environmental Compliance Support Specialists' performance.
Review permit documents media, design packages, and modifications.
Conduct walkdowns of field work, consolidation of comments for Department of Energy submittal to Environmental Compliance Support Specialist, as well as comment resolution.
Support reviews of dangerous waste permit and air permitting submittals (for both radioactive and toxic air emissions).
Support regulatory inspections at the Tank Farms and Waste Treatment & Immobilization Plant (WTP), involving review of responses to inspection reports for responsiveness, accuracy, and compliance with the regulations.
Interaction with the environmental regulators.
Conduct regulatory analysis on the applicability, implement ability, and impacts of environmental regulations, including new and proposed regulations.
Work with the Environmental Compliance Division Director to create a strategic electronic binder of regulatory letters to be used for strategic planning.

The Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist 1 maintains and ensures compliance with all affordable housing program operations and required quarterly and annual reports. 1. Manage and maintain assigned affordable housing portfolio including: tenant file reviews, audits, onsite file reviews, track and complete certifications, transmit property rental assistance into MINC/TRACS programs, and input tenant certifications into Property Management Software.*
2. Track certification corrections; research and answer Fair Housing/Equal Opportunity questions brought forth by property or tenant.*
3. Act as liaison with clients and agencies regarding affordable compliance operations and regulations to ensure program compliance.*
4. Provide support via phone, email or in person to Community Managers and Assistant Community Managers with regards to correct policies and procedures of program certification, as well as outstanding compliance related issues.*
5. Track and communicate the certification statuses on a monthly basis to the Community Managers and Portfolio Managers in a timely manner.*
6. Notify the Compliance Manager of any/all regulatory notices from agencies relating to affordable housing programs in a timely manner.*
7. Take calls from clients/community managers/PM's regarding affordable housing compliance concerns.*
8. Interpret and dispense all new affordable housing program publications, policies, and procedures.*
9. Follow up on tenant file audit findings to ensure compliance and report corrections as required.*
10. Maintain, establish and/or submit all quarterly and annual reporting due on all assigned properties ina timely manner.*
