This position supports the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Scientific and Technical Information (DOE OSTI) in its mission to ensure the long-term preservation and accessibility of DOE scientific and technical information. Position-Specific Duties
Evaluate and document the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls across OSTI's network and systems.
Support internal and external audits, including evidence collection, control mapping, and remediation tracking.
Support and partner with stakeholders in conducting risk assessments and gap analyses to ensure alignment with NIST, FISMA, and DOE cybersecurity requirements.
Collaborate with system owners and technical teams to ensure security controls are implemented and maintained.

**Role Summary:**
The Compliance Analyst supports Datavant's enterprise compliance program and helps ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies. **Key Responsibilities:**

Below are some of the key accountabilities this position will hold:
Monitors regulatory compliance of all functional groups within the company.
Supports GMP compliance activities by participating in audits, preparing for regulatory inspections, reviewing procedures and maintaining error-reporting systems.
Initiates, investigates, reviews and maintains error reports including complaint files, deviation reports, non-conformance reports, supplier corrective action requests, adverse events and other related compliance reports. Inspects all returned product for disposition determination, chairs material review board (MRB) meetings and documents MRB minutes.
Maintains and renews all state licenses and permits and ensures compliance with applicable regulations.
Performs trend evaluation and analysis on compliance data to identify common trends and potential process improvements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Two years of experience in quality compliance position, tissue banking or related field, preferred.

We are seeking an Export Control and Trade Compliance Specialist to take the lead in managing and strengthening our export control, tariff, and customs compliance efforts. Responsibilities
Production Compliance Specialist is responsible for working with the on-shift teams in a manufacturing environment, QA lab and Document Specialists in reviewing SFOL comments to mitigate risks associated with batch report releases, heldware and resolving/communicating any compliance related issues. Work with supervisors, leads, process techs, and QA techs to make sure SFOL comments are accurate and timely. Review data and ensure the comments state a concise finding, root cause analysis, and resolution. Initiate heldware or audits where needed.

Report daily findings.

Position: Compliance SpecialistPrimary Responsibilities
Answer and manage all incoming accident hotline calls in a timely and professional manner.
Obtain a complete understanding of each incident and accurately document all relevant crash details.
Communicate effectively with drivers, claimants, and internal departments regarding the status of the driver, equipment, and cargo.
Notify appropriate departments and personnel as needed, including Operations, Safety, Workers' Compensation, Breakdown, and Maintenance.
Monitor accidents for FMCSA drug and alcohol testing requirements and coordinate with designated collectors when applicable.
Escalate serious or complex accidents, including those involving critical injuries, to management.
Review, manage, and respond to multiple email threads related to ongoing crash cases.
Liaise with law enforcement and other external agencies as necessary.
Preserve all relevant documents, videos, and records to support the Legal Department in preparation for potential litigation.
Education & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient typing and computer skills, including experience with AS400 and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Environmental Compliance Specialist, you will lead our employees and clients in project management, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive project work. EnSafe 's environmental compliance professionals evaluate industrial facilities' compliance status, assist them in applying for and complying with various environmental permits, and help facilities identify and comply with other environmental obligations. What You Will Be Doing:
The successful candidate should have a demonstrated ability to navigate local, state, and federal regulations with expertise in leading labor and material estimates, proposals, and business development efforts. They should be capable of developing and expanding existing market connections and client relationships. Areas of business include:
• Preparing environmental compliance reports in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements (e.g., RCRA, CAA, CWA, EPCRA)
• Periodic overnight travel to client locations throughout the U.S. to perform environmental compliance audits or to assist clients with specific environmental compliance determinations and tasks.
• Preparing stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs), spill prevention, control, and countermeasure (SPCC) plans, and hazardous waste contingency plans (HWCPs).
• Preparing environmental permitting and compliance programs for multiple environmental media, including air, wastewater, stormwater, waste, and EPCRA (e.g., Tier II, Form R or TRI 312 and 313 reporting).
• Managing projects while mentoring junior-level staff.
• Ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive action is taken to address non-conformance at client sites.
• In some cases, providing clients with project management, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive project work associated with environmental regulatory compliance and permitting.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant Environmental Compliance experience.
• Strong consulting and critical thinking skills are required.
• Project management experience, including developing scopes of work, cost proposals and schedules, and managing multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Professional Engineering license, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, or other environmental certifications, is preferred.
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
• SPCC Plans and SWPPPs
• EPCRA 312 and 313 reporting
• Hazardous waste reporting
• Air emission source permitting
• Stormwater/wastewater (NPDES) permitting.
• Compliance auditing
