Maintain accurate and organized records in property management and compliance systems.
Track application status and provide regular updates to Compliance Leadership, property staff, and regional managers.
Contribute to the timely and accurate completion of required annual compliance reports, as assigned.
Collaborate with senior compliance and managers to resolve deficiencies quickly and maintain compliance standards.
Provide guidance to site teams on program requirements and compliance processes as needed.
Take on additional projects and duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Excellent communication and customer service skills when working with applicants, residents, and colleagues.
Experience with property management or compliance software preferred (e.g., Yardi, Rent Café).
Prior affordable housing or compliance experience is highly preferred; Passion - care deeply about your work and the people you serve.

About the Role
The General Counsel's Organization (GCO) in India houses the legal and compliance functions that support Ameriprise Financial and its subsidiaries. This team plays a vital role in various aspects of client services.
The Investigations Team is responsible for conducting internal investigations to assess issues that may pose potential risks to the company, clients, or employees. The Analyst will collaborate with Managers to identify policy violations and perform root cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Work with Managers to conduct thorough investigations on a wide range of matters, including confidential cases raised by stakeholders such as internal teams, regulatory authorities, and clients.
Ensure all analyses are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Manage multiple investigations simultaneously while prioritizing workload effectively.
Provide support to Investigation Managers and the Director as required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (3-year program).

Compliance Coordination
* Ensure compliance with global materials and chemical regulations such as RoHS, REACH, TSCA, Conflict Minerals, and California Proposition 65.
* Partner with third party vendors to collect, validate, and maintain supplier material declarations and compliance documentation (e.g., Full Material Declarations, Safety Data Sheets, Certificates of Compliance).
* Ensure compliance with all applicable trade laws, import/export regulations, and customs requirements.

Additional Information:
