Job Description:


The primary purpose of this role is to lead Caesars Sportsbook & Casino in gaining approval of the Sports Wagering and iGaming Platform (Online and Retail) through identifying the regulatory requirements and to ensure accurate product submissions to the regulatory bodies and Independent Test Labs. This will be accomplished through compiling product submission packages, educating the Development and Quality Assurance teams on the release note polices and working closely with Independent Test Laboratories to create efficiencies in the approval process. The Product Compliance Engineer will work alongside the Product Development Team and Business Operations to capture regulatory technical requirements for development of compliant products and to ensure Caesars Sportsbook & Casino understands the operational procedures regarding the regulated components.


What You Will Do:



Work with the Product Compliance Managers and Development Team to prepare State, Tribal and Independent Test Lab submissions. Assist the Product Compliance Director in the day-to-day operations of Caesars Sportsbook & Casino. Review regulations and incorporate requirements into Caesars Sportsbook & Casino development procedures and test cases. Create documentation required to support all regulatory submissions and release note processes. Maintain regulatory database for centralized location of all submissions and technical requirements. Work with Product Development and QA Team to ensure software solutions conform to regulatory requirements. Assist with reporting and maintaining regulatory relations for Caesars Sportsbook & Casino. Evaluate testing procedures to meet regulatory specifications where applicable. Consult with the Regulatory Compliance, as necessary, to understand regulatory requirements. Stay informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes.
