Duties: Integrate regulatory platforms with the firm's strategic data infrastructure and create seamless integration between applications, building out and maintain application infrastructure and cloud on-boarding. Implement technology solutions in response to an evolving regulatory environment and to help meet the firm's regulatory commitments. Define and deliver complex regulatory changes end-to-end. Design and implement cloud architecture to fulfill strategic cloud migration programs. Drive innovation across the firm's corporate technology portfolio, increasing efficiencies through process automation and Agile application development with an emphasis on user experience and shorter development cycles. Develop reconciliation and control mechanisms that support daily needs of Risk managers and finance professionals bank-wide. Implement Active Directory interfaces for access/entitlement upliftment. Create and implement solutions to advance the firm's initiative of Single Data Sourcing and Rationalization of platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus five (5) years in job offered or five (5) years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Lead, Software Engineer, Lead Consultant, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following skills and technologies: Axiom Controller View application, including ASL language, and its application to US and Global regulatory practices; SQL; Amazon Web Services; Python; Java; Kafka; Impala; Unix shell scripting; Financial statements and regulatory concepts; application cloud on-boarding; and integration of reporting systems such as General Ledger, financial and management reporting, data aggregators, legal entity consolidation tools, or reference data management tools into regulator facing applications.

Job Description:


The primary purpose of this role is to lead Caesars Sportsbook & Casino in gaining approval of the Sports Wagering and iGaming Platform (Online and Retail) through identifying the regulatory requirements and to ensure accurate product submissions to the regulatory bodies and Independent Test Labs. This will be accomplished through compiling product submission packages, educating the Development and Quality Assurance teams on the release note polices and working closely with Independent Test Laboratories to create efficiencies in the approval process. The Product Compliance Engineer will work alongside the Product Development Team and Business Operations to capture regulatory technical requirements for development of compliant products and to ensure Caesars Sportsbook & Casino understands the operational procedures regarding the regulated components.


What You Will Do:



Work with the Product Compliance Managers and Development Team to prepare State, Tribal and Independent Test Lab submissions. Assist the Product Compliance Director in the day-to-day operations of Caesars Sportsbook & Casino. Review regulations and incorporate requirements into Caesars Sportsbook & Casino development procedures and test cases. Create documentation required to support all regulatory submissions and release note processes. Maintain regulatory database for centralized location of all submissions and technical requirements. Work with Product Development and QA Team to ensure software solutions conform to regulatory requirements. Assist with reporting and maintaining regulatory relations for Caesars Sportsbook & Casino. Evaluate testing procedures to meet regulatory specifications where applicable. Consult with the Regulatory Compliance, as necessary, to understand regulatory requirements. Stay informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes.

Bachelor of Science - Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) or two to three years relevant gaming experience. We are looking for a talented Product Compliance and Certification Engineer to join our team. This role has a hybrid schedule with two day per week on site and three days remote.

+ applying specialized knowledge of engineering and/or project management principles and practices across various areas and projects

+ Lead regulatory influencing through interactions with Agencies, Trade Associations and Standards Development Bodies

+ Assist with the transfer of knowledge, coach and mentor less experienced compliance personnel

**Qualifications**

**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**

+ College, university, or equivalent to Bachelors' Degree in Mechanical Engineering along with 5 to 7 years of relevant and applicable experience

+ Experience providing SME support in the interpretation and implementation of requirements and participate in compliance reviews for high priority programs

+ Experience leading regulatory influencing through interactions with Agencies, Trade Associations and Standards Development Bodies

+ Experience maintaining compliance processes

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
