Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on global tariff mitigation, trade compliance, forecasting, and supporting financial reporting processes.
This role will manage critical projects such as maintaining USMCA certification, leveraging the Nairobi Protocol, administering duty drawback programs, and overseeing post-summary corrections to reduce tariff impact and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities

o Coordinate with R&D, Marketing, and Global Trade teams to prepare submission packages, including:

• Corporate Representation & Executive Communication
o Represent EP on corporate tariff strategy calls, manage all reporting, and provide updates on key initiatives.
o Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and dashboards for EP leadership and corporate stakeholders.
• Financial Analysis & Forecasting
o Partner with finance to forecast tariff impacts and track cost savings.
o Support month-end performance reporting related to tariff exposure.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
o Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Regulatory, Legal, R&D, and Marketing teams to execute compliance projects.
o Act as the primary liaison for trade compliance audits and inquiries.
• Education & Enablement
o Develop and deliver training programs to educate internal stakeholders on tariff regulations, compliance processes, and mitigation strategies.
• Continuous Improvement & Risk Management
o Monitor global trade policy changes and assess implications for EP supply chain.
o Recommend process improvements to enhance compliance efficiency and reduce risk.
o Develop standardized reporting templates and dashboards for leadership visibility.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience:
o 5+ years in supply chain, trade compliance, or project management roles.
o Strong knowledge of international trade agreements (USMCA, Nairobi Protocol) and tariff regulations.
• Skills:
o Project management expertise (PMP certification preferred).

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Enforce parking regulations, multi-space meters, critical parking regulations, limited time zones, rush hour restrictions, fire lane restrictions, no parking, and other parking regulations within the City, writing citations or warnings.
Provide traffic direction for rush hours, special events, construction sites, and emergencies, ensuring a safer more efficient traffic flow.
Within assigned patrol boundaries: Respond to 311 service requests related to parking and abandoned vehicles, writing parking citations or warnings as appropriate, giving direction, and explaining the City's regulations when owners are present.
Provide information and assist the public with multi-space meters usage.
Give directions to events, shows and restaurants.
Enforce nuisance-type violations evenings and weekends when other enforcement service is not available, including enforcing the construction dumpster and storage pods regulations for street use, and dealing with after hour residential car repair.
Identify operations and construction site permit violations that infringe on the City right of way.
Report damaged City infrastructure including signs.
Coordinate with the Public Works Department for street cleaning, construction sites traffic issues, and snow emergencies; coordinate with the Police and Fire Departments for emergencies, bar closures, community service parades, conferences, conventions, dignitary motorcades, and block party street closures; and other activities as required.

Your Opportunity
You will perform program research, planning and development, permitting, compliance monitoring, inspections/enforcement, and technical support services in relation to water, waste, air and other environmental programs. The successful candidate will be required to assist project managers and lead technical tasks on projects by writing reports, developing plans, and implementing steps to move projects toward closure in the most cost-effective manner for a variety of clients. Your Key Responsibilities
* Execution of multi-media environmental compliance projects for a wide variety of clients.
* Lead and assist with preparation of environmental reports, plans, and permit applications.
* Identify applicable environmental regulations.
* Assist project managers with development of permitting and compliance strategies.
* Assist project managers and their clients in identifying appropriate monitoring, planning, training, testing, record-keeping, and reporting protocols.
* Prepare cost estimates and manage small projects.
* Prepare periodic status/program reports.
* Follow established standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines to complete entry level and routine assignments.
* Use engineering principles to provide environmental permitting and planning solutions for various industrial and commercial equipment at facilities.
* This position works as part of a larger multi-media compliance team and will likely require support to multiple Stantec offices.
* A willingness to travel is preferred.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
* Knowledge of environmental regulations and requirements including hazardous and solid waste, industrial stormwater, Tier II, Toxic Release Inventory (TRI), wastewater, air permitting, tanks, and spill planning (SPCC).
* Ability to travel regionally and nationally, including overnight trips as business needs dictate.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills with both clients and project team members.
* Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software platform.
* Must be able to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done.
* Experience working with local, state and/or federal agencies is desired.
* Consulting experience is preferred, including completion of successful environmental compliance projects.
* Environmental management systems (EMS), ISO, multi-media compliance auditing, and inspections, and sustainability experience is desired.
* Work exposure to one or more of the following industrial categories: manufacturing, solid waste, biofuels and biomaterials, food & agriculture, government, metals, mining, oil & gas, power & utilities, higher education, real estate, and transportation.
* Possess a valid driver's license with good driving record.
* EIT, PE, CHMM, CPEA, or other registrations a plus.

**Role Summary:**
The Compliance Analyst supports Datavant's enterprise compliance program and helps ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies. **Key Responsibilities:**

Your Opportunity
You will perform program research, planning and development, permitting, compliance monitoring, inspections/enforcement, and technical support services in relation to water, waste, air and other environmental programs. The successful candidate will assist the project team with to writing reports, developing plans, and implementing steps to move projects toward closure in the most cost-effective manner for a variety of clients. Your Key Responsibilities
Assist with the execution of multi-media environmental compliance projects for a wide variety of clients.
Prepare environmental reports, plans, and permit applications.
Identify applicable environmental regulations.
Assist project managers with development of permitting and compliance strategies.
Assist project managers and their clients in identifying appropriate monitoring, planning, training, testing, record-keeping, and reporting protocols.
Assist with preparing cost estimates.
Prepare periodic status/program reports.
Follow established standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines to complete entry level and routine assignments.
Use engineering principles to provide environmental permitting and planning solutions for various industrial and commercial equipment at facilities.
This position works as part of a larger multi-media compliance team and will likely require support to multiple Stantec offices.
A willingness to travel is preferred.
Additional duties may include handling day-to-day tasks including administrative tasks.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Knowledge of environmental regulations and requirements including hazardous and solid waste, industrial stormwater, Tier II, Toxic Release Inventory (TRI), water/wastewater, air permitting, tanks, and spill planning (SPCC).
Ability to travel regionally and nationally, including overnight trips as business needs dictate.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with both clients and project team members.
Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software platform.
Must be able to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done.
Experience working with local, state and/or federal agencies is desired.
Consulting experience is preferred, including completion of successful environmental compliance projects.
Environmental management systems (EMS), ISO, or multi-media compliance auditing experience is desired.
Work exposure to one or more of the following industrial categories: manufacturing, solid waste, biofuels and biomaterials, food & agriculture, government, metals, mining, oil & gas, power & utilities, higher education, and transportation.
Possess a valid driver's license with good driving record.
EIT, PE, CHMM, CPEA, or other registrations a plus.
Education and Experience
0-2 years of environmental compliance experience.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Co-op / internship experience preferred.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather. Ability to lift and move items and equipment up to 50 lbs.
