The CX Compliance team is essential in ensuring that our global CX Compliance Operations function efficiently, comply with regulatory requirements, and consistently deliver high-quality resolutions. As a Lead Analyst, Compliance EDD Operations within the CX Compliance team, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end investigations for customers (individuals/entities). You will work extensively with functional leaders in the Financial Crime Risk Service line and support functions to maintain production and quality of the highest standard. You will work independently, prioritizing multiple tasks with minimal guidance, and remain open to feedback from all levels to drive continuous improvement in compliance handling. What you'll be doing: Duties will be split 50/50 between US Escalations investigations casework and Subject Matter Expert work, to include leadership support as directed. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, crypto, investigations, legal, or the tech industry, with a focus on EDD/KYC, compliance, or regulatory matters.
