KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ESCROW CLOSING AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Closing Duties
Maintain closing checklist calls with land sellers, homebuilder counterparties, lenders, and other relevant parties.
Coordinate and manage real estate and loan document signings, approvals, and timely delivery to escrow.
Act as primary liaison between the General Counsel, outside counsel, banks, escrow, and title officers.
Compliance and Tax Duties
Oversee entity management, including formation and dissolution of project-level entities.
Manage annual filings and interface with tax accountants and advisors.
Create, track, and maintain critical dates and compliance deadlines.
Additional Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the General Counsel and CEO.
Manage confidential correspondence, calendars, and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and internal/external communications.
Accept all other tasks as given out by management.

The salary range for this full-time role is $63,200.00-$80,066.68 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.

Essential Functions
Perform deal memos versus contributions comparison to identify potential billings. Import

• Responsible for verifying participants' actual DGA-covered compensation by: a) requesting

records such as payroll register, payroll history report, etc. from producers or payroll services.
• Generate and mail invoices to producers, including for delinquent contributions and late fees.

on outstanding or disputed invoices.
• Retrieve deal memo and contract copies from the Take-2 system for research and billing.
• Answer telephone inquiries from participants regarding statements, contributions and address
updates and correspond with participants in writing as needed.
• Prepare contribution reports and backup documents for contribution allocation on collection
payments received.
• Prepare delinquency adjustment and payment input sheets for data processing.
• Retrieve various documents from Laserfiche.
