Job Summary: The Tax Compliance Analyst ensures our multi-entity, multi-state tax operations remain compliant, accurate, and audit-ready across all jurisdictions. You will manage the controls, reconciliations, and reporting that support federal, state, and local tax compliance, including excise, sales/use, business license, and payroll tax interfaces. Partnering with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Operations, you will track evolving regulations, mitigate risk, and lead process improvements to ensure timely, error-free filings and sustainable compliance practices. Success in this role means no late filings, no penalties, clean reconciliations, and a strong audit trail across all tax domains. The candidate will work very closely with the Corporate Controller, Company CPA, VP of HR, and respective senior team members. Duties/Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance & Controls Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local tax laws (sales/use, business license, payroll-related, and income tax). Translate new or changing tax requirements into actionable policies, process updates, and system configurations.
