Identify and resolve documentation issues promptly.
Audit vendor invoices for payment. Resolve billing issues as required.
Data entry in system for visibility and tracking.
Maintain records of import/export activities and documents to ensure audit compliance.
Prepare and analyze reports as required.

Job Overview:
The Correctional ComplianceSpecialist 2 provides administrative support to the Audit Director 1- Institutional Compliance within the Office of Inspector General (OIG). Duties and responsibilities include assisting with audits of TDOC and privately managed facilities, preparing compliance reports, and assisting in follow-up audits to ensure findings are corrected. Key Responsibilities:

OR
5 years of compliance or auditing experience in correctional facilities or programs.

Qualifications:

• Project management experience, including developing scopes of work, cost proposals and schedules, and managing multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Professional Engineering license, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, or other environmental certifications, is preferred.
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
• SPCC Plans and SWPPPs
• EPCRA 312 and 313 reporting
• Hazardous waste reporting
• Air emission source permitting
• Stormwater/wastewater (NPDES) permitting.
• Compliance auditing
