Tom Samuel brings a wealth of global business management and enterprise software leadership experience to Comply365 as Chief Executive Officer. Tom leads Comply365’s continued growth with his vast experience in team development, business strategy and execution and SaaS operations. He has built and grown strong teams around the globe, successfully guiding them through significant business and cultural transformation and delivering exceptional growth. Tom believes that exceptional businesses are built on the foundation of great teams who deliver unique solutions to critical market problems. He’s positioning Comply365 to once again revolutionize the airline industry with the next wave of innovation for mobile users doing critical operational jobs in highly-regulated industries. Tom holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University with a focus on Applied Statistics. He also holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University.

Eric Dahlen has been with Comply365 since its inception. His primary responsibility as Chief Technology Officer is ensuring the system is well-engineered, maintainable, delivered on schedule, aligns with the company’s vision, and operates reliably and securely. He has over 20 years of software development experience in numerous industries. In recent years, Eric has built and deployed successful SaaS solutions for Healthcare, Retail, and Aviation, involving securely-stored, sensitive data and global distribution of large media content. Eric holds the following degrees: BS Electrical Engineering, University of Minnesota; MS Software Engineering, University of St. Thomas; MBA, Purdue University. Eric also maintains a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification, and fills the role of data protection officer at Comply365.

In her role as CFO, Kellen Sottile is responsible for leading Comply365’s finance and human resources organizations. Kellen began her career in public accounting and since that time has held financial leadership roles with software companies, both public and private. She brings to the team more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience in the technology sector, most recently serving as Corporate Controller for MarketLive, Inc., an e-Commerce software platform provider. Kellen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Business from the University of California Los Angeles.

Sergio Ramos Marti is a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Comply365 and is based in City Metropolitan Area, New York City, New York. He has worked as VP - Business Head (Americas) at Accelya Group, International Regional Sales Director (EMEA) at Accelya Group, and Senior VP - Commercial (Americas) at Accelya Group. Sergio studied at Baylor University Hankamer School of Business between 1993 and 1997 and ESIC Business & Marketing School between 2002 and 2003.
