Bob Udell is the President and CEO of Consolidated Communications. Prior to being named President and CEO in 2014, Udell served as the Company's President and COO, and as Senior Vice President upon joining the Company in April 2004. Udell has more than 25 years of telecommunications leadership experience including profit and loss management and operations at large- and mid-sized local exchange companies. He served in leadership roles at TXU Communications including Executive Vice President of Business Development, Regulatory and Administration, and Chief Operating Officer. He served in leadership roles at McLeodUSA as Senior Vice President of Network Services and Vice President and General Manager of the company’s Indiana operations, and he held management roles at Bell Atlantic in operations, carrier sales and marketing. Udell serves on the USTelecom Board of Directors and formerly served as Chairman of the Independent Telephone and Telecommunications Alliance. He also serves on the boards of the Greater Conroe Economic Development Council and The John Cooper School Board of Trustees. He holds a master's degree in business administration from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Udell completed the Advanced Technology Innovations Program at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.

Mr. Samuel Jonas has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer of IDT Corp., effective December 31, 2013. Shmuel Jonas has served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company since June 2010. Shmuel Jonas joined the Company in June 2008 and served as a Vice President until June 2009, when he was elected to serve as the Company’s Vice President of Operations. Since 2004, Shmuel Jonas has also been the managing member of Arlington Suites, LLC, manager of a thirty million dollar mixed-use ground up development project in the Bronx, New York.

Rory P. Read is an American business executive. He is the CEO of Vonage, a position he assumed on July 1, 2020. He previously served as EVP Chief Operating Executive at Dell as well as President and CEO of Virtustream. He was formerly the Chief Integration Officer at Dell, with responsibility for planning the integration of Dell and EMC. From August 2011 to October 2014 he served as president and chief executive officer of AMD. He has also worked for IBM and Lenovo.

Tony Thomas is president and chief executive officer of Windstream. He was appointed to the position in December 2014. Thomas has more than 20 years’ experience in the communications industry. He was instrumental in the development of Windstream’s REIT spinoff and served as president of real estate investment trust operations at Windstream from October to December 2014. Thomas served as the chief financial officer for Windstream from August 2009 through September 2014. During his five-year tenure as CFO, Thomas played an integral role in Windstream's expansion by completing seven acquisitions totaling more than $5.6 billion in transaction value. In addition, Thomas has deep capital market expertise, having led almost $10 billion in debt transactions. Thomas joined Windstream as controller following the spinoff from Alltel Corp. He held a variety of financial and operational leadership roles at Alltel after joining the company when it merged with 360 Communications in 1998. Before entering the communications industry, he was with Ernst & Young in the telecom practice. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Wake Forest University and a bachelor's degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois.

Mr. Hagg is the Chief Executive Officer for Horry Telephone Inc. He is originally from Tyrone, Pa., and is a graduate of Penn State University. He has been with HTC for 25 years.
