Summary:Responsible for assisting and directing activities in the Mold PM area that will deliver timely and efficient preventive maintenance and repair of production molds, dies, tools, and fixtures. Mold PM Tech Responsibilities:

Make repairs to hot runners and nozzles and needed.
Work to close tolerances, ensuring quality workmanship on all molds, tools, and fixtures.
Maintain consistent and effective component cleaning and storage.
Maintain equipment and work tools by performing regular cleaning and light maintenance; adhering to preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; trouble-shooting malfunctions; and notifying management for machine malfunction and/or repairs.

FRX Ohio is currently seeking a Cultivation Tech to join the team at the GP!
Summary of the Role:
Cultivation Technicians provide all essential plant care functions within the Cultivation Department under the guidance and supervision of the Cultivation Department management team, in accordance with Cultivation Department SOPs. Cultivation Technicians will be assigned to a specific team that operates multiple cultivation rooms under the direct supervision of a Cultivation Team Lead/Supervisor. It's essential that Cultivation Techs protect the garden by performing tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing plant care tasks and facility maintenance as directed by Team Lead and Director of Cultivation, including watering, measuring nutrients, pruning, destroying waste, and keeping records.
Keeping clothing and tools clean and well-organized
Contributing to a healthy and compliant atmosphere in the Cultivation Department
Feeding and watering plants according to the feeding schedules identified by the Cultivation and Post Harvest Manager and the Cultivation and Post Harvest Supervisor.
Pruning, weighing/destroying/recording waste, cleaning cultivation areas, cloning and planting, and caring for living soil beds.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in any relevant trades, including horticulture, food handling, etc.
Must be at least 21 years of age to work within the OH MMCP
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Attention to detail and a quick eye
Ability to sit for 8 hours per day
Physical and Environmental Requirements:

Ability to work up to 10 hours a day and rotating shifts
Ability to bend/stoop/kneel/reach up to 90% of the workday
Ability to climb a ladder

Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Extended computer usage
Comfortable being under constant video surveillance
Work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, and noise.
