SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position is responsible for the batching of bulk products in a timely manner, adhering to all production, quality, cost, housekeeping, and safety regulations and agency requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Will be fully trained on two or more of the core batching systems (V-401 and 411, 437, 301, 302, 601 and 701) and is able to perform all of the requirements needed for each product being produced.
* Prepare batches prescribed by the procedural batch card.
* Verify materials and weights prior to beginning the batching process.
* Complete documentation for reporting purposes.
* Prepare batching equipment for batching process.
* Prepare and perform adjustments according to instruction from quality assurance.
* Clean and sanitize tanks, pumps, transfer lines, transfer hoses, utensils and storage containers following sanitization procedures to ensure consistent quality standards.
* Maintain a safe work area. Keep equipment in an organized, clean, and sanitary manner.
* Perform "DPR" (Daily Production Report).
* Perform minor equipment adjustment and minor maintenance.
* Demonstrate an understanding of C-Care's standard operating procedures, policies and work instructions.
* Ensure that all material is staged for the current and/or next batch (immediately notify Shift Lead / Management of any shortfalls)
* Follows all company sanitary and GMP guidelines.
* Monitor product quality continuously
* Seek assistance from Management, QA or Maintenance as required.
* Understand and follow all hazardous communications standards.
Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* 1-2 years of batching experience in a similar environment.
* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

$25.00/Hr Shift- 1st
Summary: The Chemical Compounder/Packer is responsible for completing all assignments in an accurate and timely manner while maintaining a high level of safety and quality consciousness. The job responsibilities include product manufacturing, packing, bulk truck unloading, product transfer, and plant sanitation.
Specific Duties:
Assist in the daily manufacturing of lubricants/oils used in mining, cement, and power generation markets using various type of pumps, mixing vessels, and measuring equipment
Packaging and labeling of finished goods
Load and unload bulk trucks as needed
Participate in daily plant clean up
Aid in the daily efforts to identify and recover line flush and create disposition requests
Help control inventory levels of raw materials and manufacturing supplies
Transfer of finished goods and raw materials between buildings
Assists in the training of newer or less skilled Compounders
Perform all additional duties assigned by the Production Supervisor
Requirements of the Position:
Must have a minimum of a GED or High School education
Must have the ability to read and write clearly in the English language

Must have good interpersonal skills
