This Position:
The Clearance Specialist is responsible for processing new referrals including but not limited to verifying patient eligibility, test claim adjudication, coordination of benefits, and identifying patient estimated out of pocket costs. The Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of work experience, including at least 1 year of relevant experience*, or 1 year of experience at STERIS. All experience must be verifiable.
Must be able to meet flexible schedules with early/late hours and occasional overnight/out of state travel, based on Customer and business needs.
Must be able to pass a DOT medical/ physical exam and comply with all DOT regulations.

SPECIALIST-IN-TRAINING MODEL:
Our Specialist-in-Training model is a transitional plan of training, typically six months, that is meant for Licensed Providers who need additional training within their program's area of specialization prior to being considered a specialist in that area of practice. Generally, the Specialist-in-Training time consists of: a reduced minimum caseload with weekly supervision; assigned reading; didactic sessions to discuss the readings and receive additional education; increased conceptualization in treatment plans reviewed by your supervisor; attendance of open supervision and discussion of other SLBMI programs that may be part of your training time. Other types of activities may be possible which would enhance your skills as a clinician in general, as well as within your specialty area.
For both models, revenue generated by your cases that exceed your base salary guarantee will still be assigned to you, allowing you opportunity to earn greater than your minimum base salary.

Qualifications
Interested applicants must have completed a Master's or doctoral degree in a clinical mental health field (e.g. MSW, Professional Counselor, Ph.D) AND be fully licensed by the State of Missouri to practice independently.

Collaborate with Sales to support re-sell and upsell opportunities based on campaign results
Maintain a deep understanding of each client's objectives, success criteria, and future priorities
Serve as the voice of the client internally, helping to shape operations and product improvements
What you bring:
4-6+ years of experience in pharma advertising, digital media account management, or healthcare marketing partnerships
Deep understanding of the pharma brand/agency ecosystem and how media investment decisions are made
Proven track record managing complex advertising campaigns and delivering measurable results
Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into clear client narratives
Strong client leadership, presentation, and communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
History of successfully working across data, product, analytics, and sales teams to deliver with commercial excellence
Preferred- success working in high growth, rapidly evolving orgs
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus
