Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer with extensive experience in Windows products and Azure to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing, supporting, and enhancing our IT infrastructure, with a heavy emphasis on troubleshooting Windows systems, Active Directory, M365 products, and Azure. Primary Responsibilities

Job Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Windows and related back-offices technologies.
Strong expertise in Windows Server (2016, 2019, or later), Active Directory, and M365 products.
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including but not limited to Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, and Azure Storage.
Proficient in VMware environments.
Proficient in networking and troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
Experience in automating tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The CEL Parent Support Hotline offers dedicated support to Chicago families seeking to learn more about the importance of early learning for their child's development. The CEL Parent Support hotline provides phone and web-based assistance for families to help them identify and apply for CEL programs. Additionally, CEL Parent Support hotline provides Chicago families with support to manage their application once they are submitted. CEL Parent Support hotline staff also troubleshoot and resolve questions, concerns, and issues surrounding application submission and management.
Under the direction of the Referrals and Outreach Director, the CAE Supervisor oversees the direct services and support provided to parents and providers who contact the CEL Parent Support Hotline. SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Family Resources Supervisor, the Family Resources Specialist participates in all aspects of the IDHS Child Care Assistance Program as related to parents and providers of child care including approving payments on the IDHS Child Care Tracking System, maintaining record keeping systems and integrating parents and providers with the Child Care Resource and Referral System. Create and maintain complete and accurate paper and computer systems on each parent/provider case in assigned caseload.
Inform parents and providers of program operation, policies, and procedures in an appropriate and professional manner over the phone and in person (depending on assigned team). Educate parents and providers on the IDHS Child Care Assistance Program and respond to inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service to parents and providers over the phone or in person.
Link parents with Parent Consultant teams for consultation on indicators of high-quality childcare and provider referrals.
Knowledgeable of basic child care issues and provider licensing requirements to answer basic questions of parents and providers. Knowledgeable about the Food Program, CYS collaboration, Teen Parent Project and all other IAFC programs; able to determine eligibility when applicable.
Ensure confidentiality of parent and provider information received and managed by IAFC.

Reinsurance Actuarial Consulting (CAS Exam Track)
Unprecedented volatility is creating new risks and opportunities for organizations across the global economy. This team provides risk transfer, claims advocacy and capital management solutions to help re/insurers reduce volatility and build more resilient businesses, governments, and communities. Interns support clients across virtually any client project or internal research assignment. They develop proficiencies in completing standard analyses, while also taking part in more sophisticated strategies, becoming familiar with Aon's tools and approaches.
Some activities include:
Work with colleagues (brokers, analysts, and others) to identify and respond to client needs and develop additional opportunities related to products and services.
Inventory and handle data related to analysis of reinsurance transactions and analyze the costs and benefits of risk transferred under reinsurance agreements via pricing analysis and dynamic risk modeling.
Learn about reinsurance contracts and products (terminology, terms and conditions) and prepare client-ready presentations to communicate analysis results to brokers and clients.

About the Role:
The Early Learning Coach serves as the instructional leader in IAFC's Early Learning programs. Primary Responsibilities

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in IT infrastructure environments.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid infrastructure models.
Knowledge of network protocols, security frameworks, and enterprise software systems.
Understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT service management principles.

Job Summary
As a member of the Level 3 Engineering team, this role serves as a senior technical leader and one of the highest escalation points for the enterprise virtualization platform. The Senior Virtualization Engineer, Team Lead- provides day-to-day technical leadership for a team of virtualization engineers, guiding design decisions, setting engineering standards, and mentoring team members while remaining hands-on. Primary Responsibilities

Support SAN/NAS (Pure Storage, NetApp, HPE Nimble) solutions across multiple sites and manage HPE servers using HPE OneView.

Design hybrid cloud architectures with workload portability between on-premises VCF and public clouds (VMware Cloud on AWS, Azure VMware Solution).
Implement cloud automation and orchestration using VMware Aria Suite Automation, Cloud Assembly, and PowerCLI/PowerShell scripting.
Configure federation between private and public cloud deployments with strategies for cloud bursting and disaster recovery.
Apply security hardening standards following VMware and industry best practices (STIG, CIS, HIPAA benchmarks).
Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability patching across VMware infrastructure including ESXi hosts.
Manage NSX firewall policies, VM security policies, and network segmentation in collaboration with security and network teams.
