About the role
As a Gen AI and Agentic AI Architect, you will lead the design and deployment of scalable AI ecosystems for Cognizant's strategic clients. You'll drive AI strategy, build modular platforms, and deliver industry-specific solutions that transform enterprise operations.
In this role, you will:
Architect cloud-native AI platforms using LLMs, SLMs, and multi-agent orchestration.
Advise Fortune 500 clients on AI strategy and transformation.
Deliver verticalized AI use cases across industries.
Lead model development, fine-tuning, and optimization.
Establish MLOps/LLMOps pipelines and governance frameworks.
Build and mentor AI teams and practices.
Co-innovate with hyperscalers, startups, and ISVs.
Contribute to thought leadership through publications and forums.
Work model
This is a hybrid position requiring 2 to 3 days/week in a Cognizant or client office in Phoenix, AZ or Minneapolis, MN. We support flexible work arrangements and a healthy work-life balance through our wellbeing programs.
What you need to have to be considered
15+ years in IT and architecture, including hands-on engineering experience.
5+ years in AI/ML, with 1+ year in Generative & Agentic AI.
Expertise in model training (SFT, RLHF, LoRA), RAG, and evaluation.
Certifications in at least two cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong background in MLOps/LLMOps and AI governance.
Experience advising CxOs and leading strategic AI engagements.
Proven leadership in building cross-functional AI teams.
These will help you stand out
Publications or patents in Agentic AI or LLMOps.
Thought leadership in industry events or media.
Deep domain expertise in one or more verticals.
Experience with AgentOps, model evaluation, and AI observability tools.

Detailed Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

* Works as a member of teams responsible for day-to-day activities of customer accounts to ensure that product deliveries are on time and that projects/programs are on schedule.
* Coordinates and hosts regular (as needed) program tracking meetings with the customer and internal account team members to ensure ongoing communication and up-to-date progress/status reporting occurs.
* With guidance from more experienced team members, manages current and planned programs to achieve planned revenue.
* Communicates frequently with customers to help ensure satisfaction with the company and the products.
* Receives and resolves customer issues and complaints.
* Monitors the impact on inventory of order changes.

Your new role
As our new Senior Managing Consultant, you will join our global Air & Climate team that supports clients with a wide range of complex and challenging environmental issues.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Maintaining client relationships and managing the development of deliverables to meet client needs in an efficient manner;
Managing projects, clients, and regulatory agency relations;
Critically reviewing and interpreting local, state, and federal environmental regulations, compiling and drafting regulatory applicability determinations, and communicating findings, to co-workers, clients, and regulatory agencies;
Estimating emissions and conducting engineering evaluations of air pollution sources;
Overseeing the preparation of comprehensive federal and state air permit application materials;
Serving as the technical lead overseeing Consultant-level staff on complex projects;
Participating in local, national and international scientific and trade group meetings;
Conducting site visits; and
Meeting Ramboll and client safety training and workplace safety requirements.

Job Description
THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD OF CONTRACT.
DCS is seeking a highly driven and educated Incident Management Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring that all health and safety requirements are always met and is available to manage incidents/accidents as the Department's representative. The Incident Management Coordinator shall be exclusive to this position and this Contract.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide effective verbal and written communication to include providing detailed safety and health related reports and detailed incident and accident reports.
Be present at all accident/Incident scenes that are at a Level three (3) event or higher.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of clean driving experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Incident Management Coordinator or a similar position demonstrating leadership and management.

The Incident Management Coordinator will be require to complete the following courses within one (1) month of assuming this role: Intermediate Work Zone Traffic Control, National Incident Management System (NIMS) 100's, 200's, 300's, 400's, 700, 800's, TDOT Incident Commander Training (Equal to NIMs 100), and SHRPS II Training.
