Lead Consultant to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US). **Day to Day Job Duties:** (What this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) + Support and maintain the UPS Salesforce Service Cloud CRM application used globally across Customer Service teams handling Phone, Web, Email, Messaging, and Chat channels. + Perform Salesforce Service Cloud administration and development, including configuration, customization, and support. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce components (APEX classes, triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce, Flows, etc.). + Manage Salesforce configurations such as profiles, roles, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes. + Work with API integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, SSO) and assist with issue diagnosis and resolution. + Implement and optimize automation tools including Lightning Flows, Workflows, Assignment Rules, and Alerts. + Participate in DevOps processes utilizing the Flosum CI/CD pipeline to migrate changes between environments (Development, QA, Production). + Collaborate with business representatives to discuss and define system functionality requirements. + Perform data updates/migrations using Salesforce tools such as Data Loader. + Conduct code reviews and ensure proper test coverage. + Author and maintain support documentation. + Participate in on-call rotation and shift coverage during Peak Season. **Basic Qualifications:** (What are the skills required for this job with minimum years of experience on each) + Minimum **8+ years** of Salesforce Service Cloud experience in large enterprise environments with extensive user bases. + Minimum **5+ years** of experience using Flosum CI/CD pipeline for DevOps and change management. + Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities including Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Digital Engagement (Chat, Messaging), Phone-to-Case, CTI Vendors, Omnichannel, Knowledge, Case Routing, Queues, and Group Assignments. + Minimum 5+ years of experience developing and debugging APEX code and understanding of Salesforce governor limits. + Minimum 5+ years of experience with Salesforce configurations and customizations - Lightning Components, APEX Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, and Formulas. + Proficient with data migration tools such as Data Loader and other Salesforce data management utilities. + Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with API integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, SSO). + Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in requirement discussions. **Travel:** Minimal travel may be required. **Degree:** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience). **Nice to Have (But not a must):** + Salesforce Certifications: **Salesforce Administrator** and **Platform Developer I** (required; advanced certifications preferred). + Knowledge of CRM-related business processes such as Sales Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead & Partner Management, Pipeline Management, Order Management, Account Management, and Case Management. + Prior experience leading Salesforce development or support teams. **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
