A well‐established U.S. organization in the safety and manufacturing sector is seeking a Customs Specialist to support import compliance operations. Role Overview
The Customs Specialist will work closely with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all U.S. import entries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, enjoys problem‐solving, and is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of trade compliance.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage trade compliance programs, including audits, process improvements, training, and internal communication.
+ Prepare and file import documentation for FTZ admissions (E214).
+ Track and trace shipments; coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and container freight stations.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and data within the organization's ERP and FTZ systems.
+ Determine HTS classifications, duty rates, and ensure compliance with agency requirements.
+ Identify and help implement opportunities for duty savings (FTA, tariff exemptions, duty drawback, etc.).
+ Perform regular audits to prevent errors, penalties, or unnecessary Post Summary Corrections (PSCs).
+ Prepare and submit PSCs as needed and assist with corrective action processes.
+ Maintain import records in accordance with U.S. Customs retention guidelines.
+ Support preparation of responses to Customs inquiries (CF 28/29) and FTZ annual reviews.
+ Assist with ERP and ACE reporting for compliance metrics and audit results.
+ Review and approve freight and vendor invoices.
+ Participate in the development of compliance training programs.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired
+ Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classification, and import/export documentation.
+ Ability to stay current with changes in import/export laws and regulations.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
+ Effective analytical and problem‐solving capabilities.
+ Ability to work independently with an ownership mindset.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to perform computer‐based work for extended periods.
Preferred
+ 3-5 years of trade compliance experience.
+ Licensed Customs Broker or Certified Customs Specialist.
+ Experience with FTZ software, Questa Web, or AS400 ERP systems.
Education
+ Bachelor's degree preferred.

The Client Services Representative (not to be confused with Client Service Associates) will be responsible for supporting the Client Services team located at the Southfield, MI office. The Client Services department is considered the 'main point of contact' for (internal and external) clients who have questions or general inquiries that need resolution. The client base consists branch associates, Financial Advisors, or the clients of Financial Advisors. In addition, this particular team manages client access websites, where clients can access their accounts, online trade, etc.
These 4 Client Service Reps will be responsible for handling basic customer inquiries, such as: a client forgot their username or password, client needs to update their home address or phone number, etc.
The typical call volume per Client Service Rep is roughly 50-60 calls per day. However, call volume will increase during tax season and the associates may receive up to 80 calls per day.
Training will last 1-2 weeks. The CSR's will practice doing mock calls with other associates. The Client Services team does not read off scripts while on the phone. Instead, they will have access to a SharePoint site which houses 'go-to' guides on how to handle various customer scenarios. Performance Monitoring Management will randomly listen in on calls in order to evaluate performance. They will primarily be measuring call quality, compliance (ensuring all of the necessary steps were taken i.e. verifying the caller's identify before proceeding, etc.), documentation / accuracy, call time, etc. Manager stated that their department focuses more on quality rather than quantity.
Job Duties:Responsible for answering inbound calls from clients, while providing exceptional customer service
Resolve general inquiries such as username / password resets, address changes, phone number changes, etc.
Document call activity using Clients' proprietary system (they will be expected to document while on the phone with the customer)

BTS Software Solutions is seeking Foreign Disclosure Representatives to prepare and process foreign disclosure requests and propose recommendations to the Government per U.S. disclosure and release policies and guidance. The FDR reviews various products for release, ensuring All-Sources have been identified and appropriate security classification markings are applied and verifies sources against product content. The FDR maintains record archives of disclosure requests and adjudications and responds to requests for data; proposes disclosures or releases of information after technical and substantive reviews of information; advises on foreign disclosure policy and procedures in accordance with the Foreign Disclosure program; and tracks and maintains records for decisions concerning disclosure. The FDR possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in IC and DoD policies and procedures for determining the releasability of classified information. These positions support the J2 both CONUS at Ft Liberty, NC and OCONUS/TDY at a fixed location, on a 6-month rotational basis.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of eight (8) years intelligence analyst or intelligence operations experience is highly desirable.
Minimum of two (2) years working as a Foreign Disclosure Representative experience is highly desirable.
Provide foreign disclosure recommendations after analyzing release requests for Classified Military Information (CMI) and Controlled Unclassified Information to support US Government information/intelligence sharing requirements.
Manage actions related to facilitate foreign visit requests, provide, and assist in foreign disclosure training, provide foreign disclosure/technology security review of technology, TTPs and operational/intelligence products across CAT 1-8 areas IA W NDP-1.
Conduct FDR duties IAW National Disclosure Policy One (NDP-1), CJCSI 2110.0 IE, DoDD 5230.11, ITAR, and USSOCOM policies.
Collaborate with Government individuals responsible for foreign disclosure, technology transfer, and export control.
Operate designated foreign disclosure database/management systems (i.e., Foreign Disclosure Management System, iDisclose, etc.) to log and provide foreign disclosure review and recommendations from varied sources, as directed by the Government.
Provide recommendations on use of DoD National Sharing Policies in support of the SOF enterprise to ensure maximum sharing with key partner nations.
Provide recommendations to Chief and/or Deputy Chief regarding foreign disclosure policies of controlled unclassified and classified information IAW applicable directives and policies per ICPG 403.1.
Prepare responses to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.

Job Duties:
Assist in identifying potential obstacles in the claims management process and work with other functions and customer facing customer service representatives, sales, and account managers to take corrective actions as directed.
Assist in updating internal stakeholders on claim status and support issue resolution.
Support the generation of claim document documents as outlined in established processes. Support resolution for simple administrative or clerical process issues that follow already defined procedures related to claim investigation, processing and resolution.
Support simple customer inquiries to confirm credit memos, debit memos, and short pay/deduction authorization.
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Two years of related work experience.
Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with CRM Tools (Salesforce or similar)
Proficiency with ERP Tools (SAP or similar)
Two years of related work experience in customer facing environment or claims management.
