What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Footwear Design, or equivalent.
7+ years of performance footwear design experience, with a portfolio that includes products in Running, Training, or Court / Basketball
Strong understanding of biomechanics, deep appreciation for athlete needs, and sport specific footwear needs
A design approach that integrates athlete and category insights, and brand principles into a proven market winner.
Deep knowledge of footwear materials, tooling design, and upper construction
Demonstrated knowledge of last design, outsole/midsole tooling, upper construction, and performance fit systems.
Experience working with overseas factories and development teams.
Proficiency in 2D and 3D design tools (e.g., Adobe CC, Rhino, Gravity Sketch, Keyshot, etc.).
Ability to balance innovation with manufacturability and timelines.
Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills to clearly present ideas and storytelling to cross-functional partners and leadership.

* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
