Lead multiple residential remodeling and new construction projects during the design phase, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables. 2. Perform site measurements and create precise as-built drawings. 3. Develop design options and iterate revisions to meet client goals. 4. Independently produce and refine plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models, including mechanical and electrical requirements. 5. Review structural plans and coordinate seamlessly with engineers. 6. Collaborate with interior design and architectural team members to maintain design consistency. 7.
