Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, mechanics of materials, thermodynamics, and material science.
GD&T & Drawing Standards: In-depth understanding and application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (ASME Y14.5).
Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, injection molding) and design for manufacturability/assembly (DFM/DFA).
Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical and data-driven approach.
Ability to think creatively to develop novel and effective design solutions.
Meticulous attention to detail in design, calculation, and documentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-engineers.
