Experience with automation tools and processes in a drafting environment required. Strong computer skills including AutoCad and MS Office; advanced Inventor knowledge preferred. Strong understanding of various drafting disciplines such as vessels, structural, etc. Experience managing High Value Engineering Center (HVEC) partners highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, drive cultural change, and implement new technologies. Strong customer service orientation and good problem-solving abilities. General understanding of fabrication, purchasing, and field construction. Excellent math skills and aptitude for understanding various industry technical standards and specifications.
