Required:
· Minimum 4 year experience in power generation and electrical utility experience and knowledge of electrical transmission lines
· Experience in working on plan and profile, hardware assembly drawings, steel reinforcement drawings, structure foundation drawings for high voltage transmission lines

· Must be able to work with raster/tiff image files in CAD

Draft detailed multi-view drawings of processes, including isometric views.
Translate sketches into finished designs.
Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure drawings meet specifications accurately.
Update Drafting and Engineering standards as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency in Autodesk, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD Plant 3D.
Proficiency in Revit is a plus.
Advanced 2D and 3D drafting skills, including the ability to create detailed technical drawings and complex models.
Strong experience with P&ID drafting and manufacturing-related fieldwork.
Strong analytical and visualization skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Highly organized.
Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must be able to pass a 10-panel controlled substance testing and random testing after that.
Must be able to pass a background investigation check and maintain in good standing order, as per TSA's TWIC criteria.
Education and Experience:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Travel Requirements:
Travel to company sites as needed for project work - fieldwork and drawing verification.
Standard working hours are consistent across all facilities, which may necessitate adjusted commute start times.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand throughout the workday.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
Must be able to work on elevated surfaces and open grated structures.
Must be able to pass a respirator fit test for the use of an SCBA.
Work environment frequently changes from office settings to standing, climbing, and working in a plant environment under varying weather and climate conditions.
