Summary:
This position is a Senior Mechanical Engineering position that designs robotic, conveyor/material handling, and other automation systems. Position will be required to design new equipment and support existing equipment.
Essential Functions:
Design and develop mechanical and electromechanical robotics, conveyor/ material handling and other automation products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials; and soliciting observations from a variety of other company stakeholders.

. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, the Company agrees to employ the Executive as a Senior Vice President throughout the Employment Term (as defined below). At the request of the Board and without additional compensation, the Executive shall also serve as an officer and/or director of any or all of the subsidiaries of the Company. .
