Loloi Rugs is seeking an Associate Textile Product Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the textiles industry. This creative role focuses on developing original designs for area rugs, accent rugs, and scatter rugs, and collaborating with factories to translate those designs into floorcoverings and physical samples. The position requires consistent communication with factories as well as coordination with both internal and external partners.
In addition to sample development, the designer will gain a strong understanding of floorcovering constructions and cost structures, while also executing select design projects independently and confidentially.

A Brief Summary of This Position:
This individual contributor position is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining detailed technical drawings, fabrication prints, and design documentation that support Valmont Site Pro 1 (SP1) product lines. The CAD Designer partners closely with engineering, drafting, manufacturing, and product development teams to ensure all designs meet customer specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and industry standards. This role plays a critical part in delivering accurate, high-quality designs that support efficient production, cost control, and on-time delivery.
Essential Functions:
This position reports into the Senior Engineering Supervisor and has no direct reports.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to develop and revise CAD drawings and detailed fabrication documents for SP1 telecom structures and components.
Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar CAD software according to project specifications and Valmont standards.
Ensure drawings are complete, accurate, and optimized for manufacturing, assembly, and installation.
Maintain drawing libraries and ensure version control for all design documentation.
Provide technical support to cross-functional teams by interpreting drawings and clarifying design intent.
Participate in design reviews to ensure manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to design solutions and design-for-manufacturing practices.
Update documentation and drawings in response to engineering change notices (ECNs) or customer requirements.
Work with production teams to resolve drawing or design issues that arise during fabrication.
Assist in standardizing drawing templates, documentation practices, and CAD processes across the team.

Job Summary
As a Scaffold CAD Designer, your primary responsibility will be to design and draft scaffold structures using computer -aided design (CAD) software. You will work closely our sales team to create scaffolding solutions that meet project requirements, safety standards, regulations and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
CAD Design: Utilize CAD software to develop detailed drawings and plans for scaffold structures based on project specifications, site measurements, and safety requirements.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of scaffold designs, including drawings, specifications, and material lists. Ensure that documentation is comprehensive and up -to -date throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to present design proposals, discuss technical aspects, and address any concerns or feedback. Provide clear and concise explanations of design decisions and rationales.

Requirements
AS in Engineering, Construction or Drafting and Design is required.
Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
Strong understanding of scaffold design principles, construction techniques, and safety regulations preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail -oriented with the ability to produce accurate and high -quality drawings.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Essential Duties & Requirements:
This position requires the ability to multi-task and tolerate changes in priorities. The ability to use hands to operate office equipment, such as a computer and a telephone is also required.
