Manage multi-discipline project execution while maintaining timelines. Contribute to business development endeavors by preparing proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations to clients, and collaborating with management. Ensure and maintain a high level of satisfaction with our clients related to compliance services with demonstrated client development and management success. Maintaining a library of standard templates and detail blocks. Assist with other duties as assigned. Desired Skills & Experience: An Associate or Bachelor's degree in design, engineering , or a related field is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD with minimum 2 Years of hands on experience.. Experience with AutoCAD electrical is a plus. Practical written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present technical information to stakeholders. Excellent team-building, interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Ability and willingness to travel for short-term meetings. Ability to create process improvement policies, tools, and client-specific CAD guides for drafting and engineering teams.
