POSITION SUMMARY
At Cyntergy, youll be involved in all aspects of architectural design and documentation, working within a multi-discipline office of architects and engineers. This role involves architectural production work, including BIM modeling, detailing, and the creation of project construction documents. Basic Purpose

Brief Summary Description of Job: Coreslab Structures (OKLA) Inc. is in immediate need of a Project Drafter. We are seeking an AutoCad and 3D Modeler to join the Drafting department. This position requires that the modeler be experienced at creating detailed 3D models that are utilized in the design, manufacture, and erection of precast concrete structures. The modeler is responsible for coordinating the collection of data and incorporating this information into the drawings while working under the direct supervision of the Drafting Supervisor.

Qualifications:
Vocation/Technical School Degree
Can fluently speak, read and write English
2+ years of above ground precast drafting experience
Minimum Skills:
Ability to read a tape measure and recognize measurements on blueprints and diagrams
Computer literacy to include basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Word, internet and email
AutoCAD experience
REVIT experience (or ability to learn)
3D Modeling experience
Position Responsibilities:
Develop a thorough knowledge of the sales proposal, estimate, specifications, contract documents, precast/prestress design calculations and all correspondence for the specific project.
Layout of drawings consistent with Coreslab Structures standard details and practices.
The Project Drafter should meet with the Drafting Supervisor before initiating a project to determine the method and sequence of drawing preparation applicable to the specific project.
Develop a drafting schedule designed to satisfy the primary target dates previously agreed upon with the Drafting Supervisor. Monitor and update the schedule as changes occur and report to the Drafting Supervisor. Maintain a drafting status report given to the Drafting Supervisor weekly.
Perform all drafting functions, including erection drawings, sections, connection details, hardware details, production drawings, material lists, and others as may be required to complete the project. Ensure that these drawings and lists are complete, correct and conform to production, transportation and erection department standards and practices.
Coordinate and review the work assigned to other drafters on the project.
Provide preliminary hardware details and quantities as early as possible. Issue final material lists when erection drawings are approved.
Prepare all submittal packages and transmittal letters.
Verify the validity of comments made by approver on drawings returned from submittal.
Verify checker comments, changes and corrections.
Assist the Drafting Supervisor in training new Drafters and improving the skills of junior drafters.
Develop DRFI's (Drafting Requests for Information) and assist the Project Manager with CCM's (Construction Coordination).
Maintain CAD file system.
Preparing clear and accurate erection drawings, section and connection details, hardware details and production drawings.
Revise drawings as noted on checked prints received from the Checker after verifying that changes are correct.
Position Compensation:
$19-$25/per hour and up depending on experience, education, certifications, etc.

Job Summary
The Mechanical Designer is responsible for creating customized solutions for unique customer applications from identification of needs to performance verification to finalized solutions. You'll assist in preparing instrumentation and controls design documents, collaborate with engineers and other disciplines, and help ensure designs meet project requirements and safety standards. Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing instrumentation engineering/design deliverables including:
Instrument Index
Instrument Data Sheets
Installation Details
Instrument Location Plans
Wiring Diagrams and Loop Diagrams
Support the development of control systems (DCS/PLC) documentation:
I/O Lists
Process Control Narratives
Graphic Sketches
Cause & Effect Diagrams
Alarm Rationalization
Collaborate with third-party control system vendors and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
Help develop and review P&IDs for various projects.
Assist in selecting and sizing I&C components such as valves, thermowells, orifice plates, and relief valves.
Work across disciplines to develop level sketches and ensure design integration.
Review vendor documentation and contribute technical input.
Ensure compliance with company and project site safety policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

You Bring to the Team:
Experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Associate's degree preferred.
0-4 years of experience in instrumentation and controls drafting or design.
Familiarity with engineering design software and tools (REVIT experience is a plus).
Basic understanding of control systems (DCS/PLC) and instrumentation technologies.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to project success.
