Proficiency in SketchUp is required; experience with Vscape, Blender, V-Ray, or 3ds Max is a bonus.
Hands-on, resourceful, and eager to roll up your sleeves-more junior candidates who can get things done are welcome.

This is a contract-based (1099) position, ideal for someone with AutoCAD experience who can deliver precise, efficient layouts on a project-by-project basis.
What You'll Do:
Create and label wood panel layouts on customer-provided structural steel CAD drawings.
Work directly with our sales and technical team members to confirm project parameters and layout requirements.
Deliver both CAD files (for customer approval) and PDFs (for manufacturing plants after approval).
Participate in project kickoff discussions - via Teams or in-person if local - to clarify expectations and ensure alignment.
Represent Affiliated Resources professionally in any customer-facing interactions.
Requirements:

As a Product Design Lead for Networking Assurance, you have an opportunity to operate as a senior design thought-leader, collaborating with a highly skillful cross-functional team to create features that reimagine network engineers' and other users' workflows. * 8+ years of professional experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from strategy to delivery.

* Expertise and experience designing for AI products and/or features.
* Knowledge of the networking domain or experience in a related product or field is a plus.
* Experience working on technically complex B2B enterprise products.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

As a Drafter II in the drafting department, you will ultimately leverage your in-depth knowledge of BIM technology (Revit, specifically), engineering and construction, strategic thinking, collaborative skills, and strong communication acumen to manage the drafting of assigned projects to support other disciplines and develop construction documents. Utilize knowledge and experience in engineering and BIM technologies to develop construction documents for projects ranging from private residences to K-12 campuses and commercial developments.

The position of CAD Designer I is the first full-time step in our design career path. If you have strong mechanical aptitude, good visual skills, and an eagerness to learn fixture and tooling design for the Electronics Assembly industry, this opportunity offers a solid foundation for long-term advancement.
This position is on-site (not remote/not hybrid) at our Tualatin headquarters and is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfer of Visa sponsorship.
AutoCAD proficiency test required in the interview process.
Requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
Produce accurate 2D drawings in AutoCAD.
Support the creation of simple fixtures and tooling designs under supervision.
Interpret engineering notes with guidance from senior designers.
Release drawings for customer review and approval.
Maintain CAD block libraries as needed and ensure compliance with established design standards.
Support Production with basic drawing or documentation-related questions.
Follow established file-system workflows for organizing and updating design data.
Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Job Qualifications, Experience & Technical Skills:
Drafting technology knowledge with proficiency in AutoCAD.
General mechanical aptitude. • Ability to visualize simple concepts from 2D to 3D.
Basic understanding of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) data preferred.
Strong computer and file-system proficiency.
Willingness to learn ASME print reading and GD&T fundamentals.

**You're an ideal candidate if you have:**
- 8+ years of professional experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from strategy to delivery.
- A portfolio full of great case studies and even better prototypes, including case studies leveraging AI research and design tools.
- Expertise and experience designing for AI products and/or features.
- Knowledge of the networking domain or experience in a related product or field is a plus.
- Experience working on technically complex B2B enterprise products.

The starting salary range posted for this position is $166,500.00 to $234,100.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

$191,400.00 - $323,600.00

$176,100.00 - $287,900.00
