Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain block patterns and spec libraries to ensure consistent fit across categories

Lead weekly fit sessions, with a strong focus on denim and pants
Analyze best- and worst-selling styles to drive continuous fit improvements

**Job Description**
**Create precision designs for mission-critical RF and microwave products.** Teledyne Technologies is a leading provider of high-power microwave components for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications. **What you'll do**
+ Prepare detailed layouts and drawings of mechanical parts and assemblies using 2D and 3D software
+ Support larger projects involving product structuring and documentation
+ Check drawings for compliance with internal and industry standards
+ Become proficient in software tools such as SolidWorks, Inventor, PDM, Vault, Altium, PADs, and MasterControl
+ Facilitate Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and incorporate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
+ Prepare drawings from rough sketches or general instructions and maintain revision control
+ Operate plotters, printers, and scanners to produce hard-copy drawings
+ Interface effectively with engineers, program managers, and staff at all levels
**What you need**
+ 5-10 years of experience in drafting, design, or related technical field (required)
+ AS degree in Drafting, Design, or similar (preferred)
+ Senior-level experience with SolidWorks, Inventor, or equivalent (required)
+ Knowledge of mechanical drafting/modeling, dimensioning, and GD&T tolerancing (required)
+ Altium/board layout experience (advantage)
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills (required)
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required)
+ Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees)
