Job Description The CAD Operator is responsible for design and drafting of all CAD drawings in a clear andlogical manner. Responsibilities also include ensuring all drawings are formatted to company standards. They oversee the preparation of drawings and are mindful of project schedules and due dates with relation to CAD work. They work closely with the project engineers and project managers to assure design integrity and contract responsibilities with regards to CAD are met in a timely manner. The AutoCAD Drafter is accountable for the turn-around of drawing mark-ups from field personnel, for the creation of As-Built drawings and theproduction of architectural contract drawings and specifications for multiple telecommunications projects.
