Manage and organize electronic files and documentation related to drafting and design projects. Assist in developing bills of materials (BOMs) and supporting documents for manufacturing. Conduct design reviews and provide technical input to improve design processes and efficiencies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, CAD software, and best practices. Other duties as assigned Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Drafter Designer or similar role. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent design software. Knowledge of drafting principles, manufacturing processes, and engineering standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Drafting, Design Technology, or a related field preferred.
