Key Responsibilities:
Implements, monitors, and provides technical support of customer laboratory IT environments, typically integrated with instrumentation Implements customer specified benchtop computing design and processes Administers and assures connectivity of customer's Windows based platform Conduct and maintain inventories of client systems Support of the operating system, desktop hardware and peripherals, instrument-controlled software, core desktop applications and imagining of computers Manage On-boarding, retirement and relocation of equipment Implements Windows based security, including but not limited to: user / group permissions, file / folder permissions, group policies, local security policies, etc.Analyzes, identifies, and implements enhancements, upgrades and/or solutions to improve the overall support of the desktop platform in a timely manner Ensures adherence to client's corporate policies through periodic reporting and compliance programs Acts as the technical support contact for instrument vendor Repairing and troubleshooting instrument related computers and escalating issues to the client infrastructure teams Provides technical support for new system validations and change management efforts Create and maintain a physical inventory of lab equipment, PC's, software and any other information specified by the client Submit weekly Engineer reports to the team lead by COB on the last business day of the week Acts as client Liaison for software/hardware related inquiries Participate in client team meetings Provides support across all PerkinElmer Enterprise practices as required Act as the technical expert to handle escalations and be a mentor to junior team members Provide back up to team leads as required

Critical Skills:
Excellent customer service skills complimented by an ability to listen to and interpret client requests.Ability to troubleshoot complex technology issues.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to identify, track and complete tasks for multiple projects under prescribed timeframes.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.5 years' experience in lab IT or regulated IT environment.

Preferred Qualification:
Experience in a validated environment a plus. Experience working in GxP, ISO, and FDA compliant facilities a plus

As a member of the Computer Forensics Team, the Computer Forensic eDiscovery Analyst will support the bank’s legal teams in anticipated or active litigation by fulfilling electronic discovery requests through the identification, collection, search, and production of electronic data.

In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in all stages of the EDRM, chain-of-custody and evidence preservation principles, and data volume reduction.

You will have strong case management, analytic, and communication skills, and a well-developed understanding of information security concepts.
Primary responsibilities include:







Working with key stakeholders on the identification, collection, search, and production of data for review by the bank’s legal partners
Performing research and development on eDiscovery tools and techniques
Identifying areas of improvement for internal processes and risk management




Qualifications
Experience and Skills:







Demonstrated experience in eDiscovery
Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
Knowledge, skills, and ability to preserve digital evidence in a forensically sound matter
Experience using complex searching and filtering techniques to produce data sets for review by legal partners
Proven verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Experience with any of the following: Microsoft 365 Core/Advanced eDiscovery, Nuix, Magnet Forensics AXIOM, X-Ways Forensics







Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials







Bachelor’s degree required or relevant in-field experience
One or more relevant certifications, such as GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE), Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), or Nuix Data Discovery Master

The Financial Analyst interacts with administration and department directors to provide relevant, accurate, and timely information. Performs research, collect data, and skillfully organizes and presents the analysis to management in written or oral format. Exercises objective, independent judgment in developing financial recommendations for management. Serves as a liaison to department directors in financial matters. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

+ Ability to compile and analyze financial information on trended data for financial decision making.

+ Ability to work in a project-oriented environment with people of various backgrounds.

+ Computer skills including e-mail, word processing and spreadsheets.

+ Ability to work in a fast pace dynamic environment and meet deadlines.

+ Previous experience working with Physician Compensation

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Adequate accounting course work should include intermediate accounting and other upper level financial and accounting courses.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience/Skill: One year of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
